    Roofing

    A roofing service was performed by City 1 Roof works for me the other day. Without needing to search out a roofer, with heavy rain coming the next day, City 1 roof works was surveying our neighborhood and came across a dangerous hole on our roof. Once they showed it to me, i asked them to fix the hole and within the hour, they were back with the materials for the job. Very quickly, the team was able to fix the hole in our roof, so we had no problem with the next day's weather. Thank you City 1 roof works.

    Roof tune up and eavestrough replacement

    We are extremely happy with the service received from Danny. The job was done quickly and efficiently, with great customer service. I will definitely recommend him to anybody that requires this kind of service.

    Roof repair

    These guys were repairing a neighbour's roof and noticed a potentially costly repair which they caught in time on my roof so they took photos and came to me with them. They quoted me a very fair price and took care of the repair immediately according to "my" schedule. While up on my roof they noticed another issue and instead of billing me, they offered to help me seek reimbursement from my builder (instead of doing the job themselves!) Good honest guys! Highly recommended!

    replace entire roof shingles, flashings, etc...

    I purchased an older home in need of a complete roof redo. City1 was quick to produce quote, kept in touch the whole time, did a great clean job, and the guys he has working for him are friendly and trustworthy. a good all-canadian company

    Leaky roof off of a balcony

    I had a leak in my house that was coming from a flat balcony on my house. I called 3 companies to come and estimate and City 1 was indedd one of them. Danny called back quickly and was on site within 2 hours. He clearly explained exactly what the problem was and what it would take to fix it and what it was going to cost. Other companies did not even want to estimate as they deemed the project too much of a bother or others were way more expensive and not going to do the work that City 1 was going to do. Danny showed up exactly as promised and did the work in the time agreed, they were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They also guarantee their work which gives you the piece of mind you need. There was a small issue of something extra that needed to be done that was not part of the estimae, and the team kept me informed and the costs were reasonable and understandable. Very good to deal with and would recommend them to anybody needing any roofing.

    Roof Repair

    Danny and Chuck came out to give me roofing quote and told me that my roof doesn't need to be replaced but a few preventative repairs will be good for another 4 years. These guys could have said "yeah, your roof should be repaired" and I wouldn't even known the better, however, after a walk thru it was determined that the roof was still in good shape. Thanks guys for your input and expertise. I will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

    Roofing, Insulation, chopping down tree, and getting rid of racoon

    City 1 Roof Works provided phenominal services. They handled the racoon that was tearing up my roof, insualted the roof, chopped down the tree in the backyard, and sealed the roof back up up quickly and efficiently. Throughout the process I was informed of what was going on and how the situation would be handled. My experience with the company was exceptional. The comapny was very generous with the price better than all other roofing companies in the area for the same job. I would recomend City 1 Roof Works services without any reservations to anyone looking for honest, thorough and professional work.

    Install 2 roof exhaust vents

    We had two roof exhaust vents to install for the stove and the bathroom fan. Danny responded to my email very promptly and gave me an estimate for the job which was very reasonable. Danny and Chuck were very accomodating and came over Sunday morning completing the job in less than an hour! Chuck even went into the attic to make sure that the vent placement was exact! That's what I call great service. They also recommended that I should repair my chimney, since it looked like it was in bad condition. Obviously I agreed to give them the job. These guys are very friendly, great at their job and I would definately recommend them to anyone that is looking for any roof repairs/roofing x-mas lights etc. Keep up the excellent work!

    Roof

    Okay, no one is asking me to write this just in case you are wondering. We were extremely happy in every aspect of this company. They did everything they said they were going to do! (No bull) Quality work, fast, efficient and they go above and beyond. We will recommend City1 Roof Works to all our friends and family. Thank you Chuck for the great service!!!     Roof Repair

    Responded the same day as I posted the request from the site. Arrived the next day (Saturday) to give me an estimate. Work was supposed to be done Monday, but they called ahead of time and asked if we could move it to Tuesday, as they were running behind. Rained Tuesday. Showed up bright and early Wednesday and did a great job. Listening to Danny and Chuck banter is worth the price of admission. These guys are funny.
