    A flat roof replacement

    We had a roof leak. Received 3 quotes. Danny gave the lowest quote and had the highest rating on Homestars. They came when promised. Completed a full roof repair and did extra work they thought was necessary and still charged the original estimate. Clean-up and work seems perfect. Don't use anyone else. On top of it all Danny and Chuck are really nice guys.

    Re-Roofing

    We were very pleased with the service provided by Danny and the ROOFS on HOMES crew with our new installation. Danny provided copies of his up-to-date insurance, workers compensation,as well as a written guarantee. They cleaned up completly every night, and they moved items, such as BBQ and flowers pots and other items before they started the job and then back when they were finished before they left every night for both days. The job was completed on time within the budget quoted.They were meticulous in their clean up. I strongly recommend ROOFS on HOMES to any home owner and to expect a high level of professionalism and great work ethic and Quality from Danny and his Crew !!!

    Complete roof shingle and vent replacement

    After obtaining several quotes throughout the GTA, Danny was referred to us by another business associate. He came within a few days ,inspected the roof, gave us a quote, which was competitive. But what made the difference was the full explanation,backed up by Homestars,the better business bureau and several clients. We took the information with quick comparison and assigned the work to be done. He was thorough in the work to be completed and the estimated timeframe. Not only did they live up to the promise they left my house each day with complete cleanup of materials and debris as if they had never been there. I was thoroughly impressed each day I came home to and the attention to detail to have little interference with our daily lives. The roof looks great and the followup has been appreciated. Thank you for the respect you gave us as customers. You and your crew are gentlemen! Great job guys! i would and have referred others to your services.     Repair roof leak

    I would highly recommend City 1 Roof Works to anyone seeking a professional job. They came on scheduled time and repair my leaking roof the same day. The job was done cleanly and seamless. Pictures were taken to show problematic areas. There were no surprises or additional costs at the end. I would definitely hire them again.

    New Roof

    We were very happy with the service Danny provide us. Danny was took the time to go through all the details and gave us several options. We decided to go with danny because he didn't try to over sell us and gave us he right amount of information to make our decision. Danny and his crew did an execellent job on our roof and would highly recommend City one.

    New roof

    We had our roof, which was in dire need of repair, done in August 2011. After extensive research we selected City1 Roofworks. They took the time to explain various options and offerred suggestions. Under the direction of Danny Areia the team met their commitments, completed the job on time and were meticulous in their clean up. I would have no reservations recommending them for others planning roof repairs.

    Re-roof and repair

    Danny and City 1 Roof Works provided roofing services for two neighbours and as a result of the work performed we decided to use them as well. The enthusiasm and pride Danny showed from our first meeting, presenting the quote and subsequently doing the actual work was impressive. His team was friendly and efficient. No muss, no fuss. We had several quotes and his was not the highest nor the lowest. He presented us with complete company information, a clear explanation of the work to be done and a list of houses in our area that he worked on. There were a couple of small issues which Danny was quick to rectify. We are extremely satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to recomment City 1 Roof Works.

    Roof replacement

    I live in a semi-detached house and my neighbors and I have decided it was time to replace our roofs, which showed significant wear-and-tear signs. After doing extensive homework, we have received a couple of quotes, and, based on the great reviews City 1 has on HomeStars, have contacted them for a quote as well. I will echo everything that was already said here by other reviewers, in confirming Danny was very professional and approachable, and took the time to go through all the details with all 3 of us, answer all questions and take all our requests under consideration. The quote provided was very comprehensive and comparable to other quotes we have received for similar quality of materials. We have decided to go with Danny based on his true commitment to stand by the quality of their work, and the fact that he has his own, constant, well-trained crew. As others have already said, the team showed up bright and early the day they committed to, moved all the furniture and covered the patio. We knew the work will take 2 days to complete; I was a little worried coming home at night at the end of day 1, since it coincided with the night with the biggest storm/highest winds of the summer (August 24)! I was impressed to see how Danny and his team took the weather forecast into consideration, removing only the areas they knew they will be able to completely replace before the storm hit, s to leave no exposed wood, and how solidly the remaining stacks of shingles were anchored to the top of the roof! The work was completed the next day, everything cleaned and put back to place, and we had the benefit of the scrap bin left half-full in our driveways until the next day, and being able to do serious clean-ups in our basements and garages, while avoiding a trip to the dumpster! I would strongly recommend Danny and his crew to any home owner who expects a high level of professionalism and great work ethic and quality.
