    New roof

    We are very pleased with the new roof on our old house. The crew of roofers were courteous and hardworking. The property/yard was left immaculate condition at the end of each working day, and at the end of the job. Our neighbours were also impressed by the crew and told us that they took down the name of the company should they or anyone they know require a new roof.

    Roof job done extremely well!

    Over the last year I found roofing debris on my driveway and lawn. After some high winds a month ago I found two dozen pieces strewn about my property and the roadway. I called a few roofing companies for quotes and all were pretty much at par in terms of products and cost. I closed my eyes, pretty much, and picked the roofers. I chose City1. They started the job earlier than expected, which was a sigh of relief. They installed a 50 year product with a great profile. It was worth the extra few hundred dollars, since they were already up there, why not? I can't say enough about Danny and Chuck. These guys are professionals through and through. Great friendly service and knowledge to back it up. I am extremely pleased. I would spread their roofing gospel to anyone looking to find great, honest and hardworking roofers. Sorry about the high pitch roof, guys! I know you guys could barely walk the next day!! Cheers,

    Complete Flat roof replacement

    We had a leak in the ceiling and within 2 weeks of shopping around and deciding on City 1 Roof Works the work began. I wanted to completely remove the plywood base of the flat roof but City 1 Roof said they would only do so if it warranted it in order to save me money. What was especially nice was the cost to replace and remove the plywood was just a little above the cost of the plywood itself. I also needed the insulation upgraded for the energy rebate. Since the roof is flat City 1 suggested a sloped insulation product that guarantees that the water won't pool and gave me my R24 rating. They provided near daily photos of their work since I couldn't always be there to go and watch them work. When they needed to replace anything like the plywood and skylight they made sure I saw why the work needed to be done with photos. It was also helpful to have the photos when applying for the energy audit. City 1 was efficient, courteous, and clean. They slipped and stepped through the ceiling but made sure the repair work was done professionally.

    washroom vent installed & check flat roof

    Danny & Chuck were great very professional & did a great job on installing a vent for the washroom & also checked my flat roof & advise me that it was still good for a few years .My roof was done 4 years ago by these guys & not an issue with it & looks great no loose shigles .Also Danny & chuck pointed out some work i could do on mi chimeny & on the downspot on the flat roof they told me the names of product to buy & how to do it .I dont thing many people would advise you of issues that they were not to look at but they di look around they roof & checked eveything & Chuck even sealed the pipe from the water tank that is on the roof for no extra charges .These guys are great & honest this is who i like to deal with their are here to do the correct job at a great cost .Will defenatly use them again & recommen them to anyone .They know we all work hard for our money just like them .Thank you Danny & Chuck for installing the vent in shorth notice .     Complete new roof including sun tunnel

    Danny & his team were very friendly, professional and reliable to work with. They performed all of the all of the work within the time period they originally estimated. The price was great! We are so happy with the finished product. Our neighbours are giving us compliments on the work. We would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks for doing a great job guys!

    Roof repair

    Had a roof leak and repairs needed to be done. Received a few quotes. They gave us the lowest quote. They showed up on time as promised. Completed a full roof repair and did extra work they thought was necessary and still charged the original estimate. Clean-up and work seems to be perfect.

    Complete roof replacement

    From providing a quote to completion was very professional and courteous. The quote was reasonable for the quality of the materialI. Also impressed by their committment to ethical handling. The work was done on schedule and was done professionaly and they left the site clear of any debris. Danny was on the roof with his crew and accomodated our requests for replacing a colour matching flashing as well as sealing some cracked masonary..

    roof repair

    After sending a message through Homestars Danny got back to us promptly, gave us an estimate and repaired our roof within a short time, at a reasonable price. He was very professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

    roof repair

    Danny and Chuck came out same day and diagnosed and fixed the problem, and did so at a very reasonable price. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of effort and time they put into diagnosing the problem and they discovered there was a number of contributing factors. Their knowledge, experience, professionalism and determination to really get to the root of the problem and solve it was refreshing. Great company - highly recommend them!

    Complete roof installation

    Thanks Danny and crew for your outstanding woirk.. I am a meticulous individual who does extensive research on everything. After extensive research and 5-6 quotes I chose City1 Roofworks. It was important to me that the person who gave the estimate was going to part of the crew installing it. It was evident that Danny was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose my leak where others failed to do so .He was risght on in terms of the various tile qualities.. Danny came back twice to settle on colours and finalize the details. I live in Hamilton. In my opinion there was no comparison between Danny and the others who gave me estimates. Only an excellent well trained crew would have been able to dismantle and re assemble the many rodent nettinsg around the many traiangles of my house. Furthermore, the crew had to replace the many facia below these triangles. My wife and I were impressed with the work ethic , professionalism and and knowledge of the crew. The quote was more than fair. Danny and crew spent two full days installing the roof. They were tidy, clean, meticulous and guaranteed their work. We have a pool and we were extremly impressed by their prep work and clean up afterwards.. I was really impressed with City1Roofworks and I would Highly recomment them.
