    New Roof

    There is nobody else I would ever call for a roof but City 1 Roofers. This is a company that you can trust to do the job right the first time. Danny and his partner Chuck know their stuff and you can rest assured you are getting quality workmanship at a fair price, something you don't see that often anymore. The crew worked fast, were polite and clean up was excellent. Chuck was on the roof all day supervising the work to insure proper installation. Danny was always easily accessible and even went so far as to move up the job by a day and call in extra guys, all to accommodate me in keeping an appointment at the hospital for my elderly father. My roof looks amazing and I am beyond satisfied with the finished product. If you need a new roof, look no further, these are the guys for you!

    New roof

    The crew were extremely polite, well-behaved and very hard-working. It was very, very hot when they replaced the roof and took only short breaks to cool down. They did a great job and cleaned up the property each day before they left. I was very worried about my new landscaped gardens but they protected them and nothing was ruined. The crew took great pride in the job they were doing and it showed up in their work. The roof looks terrific.

    Complete new roofing installed

    Danny & his crew were meticulous in installing my new roof. I was very happy with my bay windows as the shingles were nicely tapered & finished with aluminum flashing & caulking. My Townhome roof was installed in 1 day's work; not leaving until dusk. They were neat in the prep work & careful to clean up after the installation. Danny was always accessible & accommodating with scheduling & payment. It was a nice experience as a new homeowner. Definitely recommend them.

    reroof

    This company came and did a roof for us and they did an excellent job. The workers were very considerate and worked very hard. They did the work in record time and made sure the property was cleaned up and took away all of the garbage. I would hire them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

    Reroofing home

    Danny (City 1 Roof Works) is very helpful and approachable. I need to reroof my home and need to do it fast. Danny stopped by and gave me an estimate after which did the job in a very short period of time. He helps providing selection of shingles and all of the necessaries supplies. He performed the job very well and left the property in clean condition after the job. I am very happy with City 1 Roof Works, definitely worth considering.

    Missing Shingles

    This was a small roofing job that required replacing a few missing shingles. Most of the roofing companies I contacted would not even come out to do such a small job. But, fortunately for us, Danny came out and gave me a fair price to replace the shingles and also check if the roof needed other maintenance. His crew came and did a great job! So professional and honest. I knew within 5 seconds of meeting Danny and his crew that this was a great company with great people. Such a rarity these days. Thanks again!!!! If I could give you a rating over 10, I would !!!

    Roofer

    Excellent job by Danny and crew. Showed up on time, did everything as contracted and good cleanup afterwards. Their price was middle of the pack, but I've seen some of the work done by the low-enders and there is no comparison. What was especially important to me was dealing with someone whom I instantly felt I could trust. I would have no hesitation recommending City 1 to anyone looking to have their roof done. The company will have a permenant place in my rollerdex. Thanks! Danny.

    Complete Roof Replacement

    We are extremely pleased with our new shingles and the overall job. I had estimates from three companies and we chose City1roofworks though it was not the lowest. Danny's experience and upfront approach impressed us and recommended the shingles that suit our needs. They arrived early and finished the entire job in slightly over a day. Everything was done safely and they cleaned up the entire place and took away the trash at end of the day. The workers were knowledgeable and courteous throughout. Danny and his business partner ensured that we were happy with the new flashing being installed against the shingles. We would highly recommend the company for the work quality, ethics and business professionalism to anyone.

    New roof

    We found City -1-Roof-Works through HomeStars after a wind storm removed a number of our shingles. Danny responded within 24 hours of us contacting him to do a temporary repair. Based on his quick response and very competitive quote, we chose City-1-Roof-Works for our new roof. We are very pleased with the installation by Danny and his team. Danny was very professional throughout the estimating and installation phases of the job. He delivered everything he promised without any issues. Just as importantly, he delivered when he promised too. The entire job from start to finish took only two days. He and his team did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work. I would not hesitate to recommend Danny and his team to anyone.

    Roof replacement

    The job was for a roof replacement for a semi - taking down 3 layers of shingles and slate plus redoing two flat roofs with six layers of cover. The estimate from City 1 was very detailed and involved Danny and his team going up onto the roof to confirm condition and determine number of layers. Because of the proximity to the neighbouring houses, it was very important that care be taken to protect them from any damage especially from the slates. The work done was great, on schedule, and on estimate with no damage to either our house or the neighbours'. Clean-up was done at the end of every day with a thorough clean-up at the end. Danny and Chuck and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with and very responsive to questions.

    Now this was a challenging Project, 6 layer Flat Roof,and 10/12 slope on the sides with 2 layer shingles and one layer SLATE ....lol The Mc Mullin's were very easy to work with,they gave us the freedom and had trust in us that it was going to be ROOF Right!
