Roof Replacement well done
Roof on Homes recently replaced our roof at the end of June. The company was excellent to deal with and do top notch work backed by using good quality products. Our roof was not a simple roof to deal with - with peaks, separate garage, and neighbors on the side and back whose property is very close to ours. The crew took their time, didn't rush the job and did it right, all the while taking care in protecting the property and even the neighbors - protecting our pergola from falling debris, protecting windows and garage door (see pictures). What also impressed me was the fact that they demonstrated safe work practices - using harnesses while working on the roof....not many roofers i have seen doing this. In the end, the roof looks great (see pictures) and i know it was done right. I would recommend Roof on Homes for any roof replacement job.

Repair to roof and more
This review is a little late, but none the less, worthy of an excellent review. I phoned Roofs on Homes for a estimate for a job in Georgetown and Chuck came by for a quote (which was very reasonable) and subsequently to compete the work needed. Chuck was very respectful and explained everything very thoroughly. We went up on the roof and when I did not understand something, he took the time to explain. Marie, the office professional was always pleasant on the phone and kept me up to date. The yard was always cleaned up at the end of the work day, which doesn't always happen with some companies. Chuck always came as scheduled, was professional and ensured all would be competed to the highest expectation. When there was a small leak, Chuck came back immediately to fix the problem with a smile (not a song and a dance), so that is refreshing. Chuck went over and beyond to ensure good work and I most definitely recommend Roofs on Homes. Irene van Trigt

Bathroom vent installation
No doubt a very basic service from a roofing company - the instalation of a couple of bathroom vents in the roof. Done quickly, efficiently and in a very friendly manner. He took it a step further and got rid of a tree (!) we had growing in one of the gutters! We're very grateful and would definitely recommend Roofs on Homes!

Roof repair
We asked several companies for a quote to replace some curled up shingles above the garage and did not expect to get a response for this small job. However, Marie from Roofs on Homes called quickly to arrange Chuck to come on site; he came as scheduled and provided us with a reasonable quote and a free checkup on our roof. The job was well done and the surrounding was left clean. We are happy the issue has been fixed by a company that is responsive, professional and reasonably priced. We highly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Chuck and Roofs on Homes; now we have a good looking house again!

Roof repair
I noticed that Roofs on Homes were putting a new roof on my neighbour's home. They appeared to be doing a very good job. I had already received 2 estimates - one very high, the other quite low. I trusted that my neighbour was a person that would use a reputable company to get the job done right. Having not faced a roofing issue before, I thought I would call for another opinion. Danny came to my home, gave a thorough report on the state of my roof. Imagine my surprise when he quite honestly advised me that I did not need a new roof. I explained that I had noticed a couple of spots indicating a problem, he said that he would have his repair expert, Chuck, take a look. Chuck arrived, assessed the damage, gave me a quote and offered to repair the roof that day. It is refreshing to deal with honest people, they deserve to have a good reputation. I will definitely call Roofs on Homes when I ultimately require roof replacement in a few years time. Thank you so much. I agree with Homestars best rating.

Fixing multiple possible points of water entry that is damaging stucco exterior
Chuck and Norm were friendly and very mindful of everything about my home. For example, they cleaned up all debris and removed their shoes each time they passed through my home to get to the backyard and rooftop patio. They arrived at the arranged time set up by Marie - who is also very pleasant and helpful over the phone. Chuck and Norm explained each of the things they were planning on fixing and took photos of different things as they went about completing the repairs. In addition to fixing numerous flaws in the original construction of my window dormers, flashing, scupper box, and roof, they also removed and replaced a dryer vent on the third floor of my townhouse. Chuck and his company, Roofs on Homes, guarantees his/their work for one year in writing. I chose to work with Chuck based on the extensive time and effort he put into my original estimate, his 27 years in the roofing business, and his company's one year warranty. Further to this point, the HomeStars reviews for Chuck and the rest of the Roofs on Homes team are great, which is a testament to their level of expertise and hundreds of satisfied customers. Thank you Chuck, Norm, Marie, and Danny.

roof replacement
In late April we had our roof replaced by Roofs on Homes. I selected this company based on the recommendation from a friend and I am very happy with my choice. The job was done well, on time, and the roof looks great. Danny kept in touch with me regarding the date the crew would show up and he answered my emails promptly. I really appreciated this courtesy of answering my emails promptly because, to me, it shows the company places great importance on customer service. The clean up job was done well.

Roof Leaking
Showed up on time. Fast, friendly, efficient, clean and on quote. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Roof caps installed
Chuck came out to quote, here the next day and installation complete. Great guy and company. Prompt phones calls, reasonable rate and fantastic service.
