My objective in replacing my roof was to find a reputable, professional, and reasonably priced company that would put a quality product on my home. You worry when you deal with a new vendor and when you are talking about such an expensive and important investment, you want to make sure you get it right.
I can say in hindsight that all my expectations were met or exceeded with Roofs on Homes. When I asked for a quote, Danny came out, spent the better part of hour on my roof and in his truck preparing a detailed, professional quotation that outlined the work that his team would doing, and the product that he would be installing. Time and again, he focused on the details of product, the quality of his team, and effort required to ensure that a quality roof would be put on my home.
While I was waiting for my roof, Danny was consistent in keeping me updated as to when they were coming, and explaining to me what to expect before and during the installation
On the day of the install, his team came and I could not have more pleased with their work ethic, professionalism and attention to detail. They worked hard, had a plan, and executed it efficiently and effectively. The roof was done in a day and looked spectacular when it was complete.
Before leaving, Danny spent another 20 minutes with me, walked me through the work that was done, reviewed the “bumper to bumper” warranty. You could tell that he very proud of his work and was clear that if I had ANY questions or concerns around any of the job, to follow up with him. That was over a month ago, and I am still extremely happy with my decision, the work that was done, and the product on my roof.
You will see reviews here that you get what you pay for, and it is true. I think I got excellent value for my money with Roofs on Homes and I would highly recommend them to anyone who values high quality at a fair price.
