    Roof Reshingle and Repair

    I am so happy with the work that Chuck did on my roof. I have a fairly new house (5 years old) so was never anticipating calling a roofing company for a while. During a couple of wicked wind storms in Burlington I was horrified to see shingles on my lawn. Worried that these were from my roof and seeing the forcasts for a wet April, I researched different companies and saw the excellent reviews for ROH. I called them up and within a few days, ROH was able to schedule me in. Chuck climbed up on the roof and did a full inspection and noticed not only that I had shingles missing but 2 of the "valleys" that joined sections of the roofs were both cracked almost through -meaning water could leak into my roof at any time. Chuck was so professional and courteous and was able to quickly repair the shingles and valleys and caulked other areas around the vents, etc that were lacking. I whole-heartedly recommend this company- AND I highly recommend that all newer home owners get their roof inspection service to make sure you don't unknowingly have these issues that could potentially lead to more costly headaches down the way!

    Roof Repair

    Quick, professional and Chuck started working even as a hail storm was passing through. Did a total roof inspection and replaced a number of shingles that had been damaged by the numerous heavy winds as of late. Arrived as promised and provided great value for the work completed. They even provided a 1 year warranty on the work. Thanks !

    New Roof

    Amazing customer service . Extensive knowledge of products that should be installed, advised that I was missing vents and would help with circulation for my roof. Great experience with workers. Cleaned up after they were finished. I would definitely recommend.

    Roof Repair

    Chuck from Roofs on Homes was outstanding in providing an honest, professional estimate, followed by a great repair job. He explained and showed me all of what he discovered and went that extra mile to make sure the repairs were done right. I would and will highly recommend this company to friends, family and colleagues. In addition, Marie (the office assistant) was outstanding in calling back promptly to work on scheduling dates and times for the estimate and repairs without delay. This is a great team who provided excellent customer service and I want to thank them for all of their hard work.

    New Roof Installation

    Would highly recommend Danny and his team at Roofs on Homes Inc! Excellent customer service and workmanship. I originally scheduled my roof install late 2014 -- but due to weather, they could not get to my house in time (no fault of theirs). Danny came to temporarily repair any damage so I can get through winter with no issues for FREE! Never asked for anything -- even a guarantee that we will give them the work in 2015. They did complete the work in March 2015 and it was amazing. Finished in one day and with high quality. Would definitely recommend them.

    Roof Repair

    Chuck from City 1 was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable information while taking the time to explain the repairs. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. I would recommend this company to friends and family and I would call them again in the future. Also, when I called to book the appointment, the phone was answered promptly and they were extremely accommodating with my schedule. Thanks for making the process so easy!

    Roof leak fix

    I have had a leak in my roof for over a year now. I called the number given to me by a friend and Roofs on Homes was very quick to schedule an appointment according to my preference. They arrived at the time they said they would and the roofer was extremely knowledgeable and took a picture of the damage and advised on what needed to be done. He went and brought the materials that he needed to do the repairs and even inspected the rest of my roof and fixed small issues that he noticed elsewhere as well. He did a great job and was very reasonable in pricing. He assured me that there wouldn't be any further issues caused by this problem in my roof and provided me with a one year warranty as well. Am glad I called them.

    roofing

    The work done by City 1/Roofs on Homes was professionally done by the installation crew who seem to convey pride in the job they did. I thought Danny A. may have exaggerated in the work ethic of his crew, but it was a job well done. In my estimation, I'd rate City 1 as a "10"

    Roof

    Danny from roofs on home came over gave us a free quote and great advise, no push for sales, very patient answered all the questions. At the installation day, the whole team finished the job within two days, our parents were at home and they were impressed by how professional they are and very minimal impact to our life. Strongly recommend for who need roof service.

    Roof Replacement

    When it was time to get my roof redone, I asked around for recommendations. My friend, Sean, had great thing to say about City 1 Roof Works. He just had his roof replaced and was extremely happy with the quality of the work. From the time I phoned Maria to set up an appointment and to the time the roof was actually installed, City 1 was professional in all their correspondence. Danny did a great job explaining the different shingles options, the installation process and the quote. Since my existing roof was in bad shape, Danny was able to squeeze me in his already busy schedule. When it rained on the scheduled date, Danny was prompt in informing me of the situation and the roof was completed the following two days. The roofing crew had outstanding attitude, workmanship and work ethics. Cleanup was spotless and the roof looks terrific. The mark of a great company is its after sale service and I am happy to report that City 1 hits the mark on this as well. All in all, a job well done. I have no hesitation in recommending City 1 to my friends and family. Danny will actually be doing a roof replacement for my parents in the spring of 2015.
