    Furnace

    Two men came and fixed and installed our furnace, they helped us and completed their job. They were on time and completed the job in time also. The price was reasonable and I’m glad with the service.

    HIGH Efficeniency Furnace install

    I had a high efficiency furnace installed, job completed within 8 hours. Installers Adam and Sean did a great job, left the job site tidy, and piping for exhaust and intake were tucked away hidden from sight. Marnie, from sales was great to work with as well, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Louis

    Amazing service from the beginning to the end

    old school family business with a professional understanding to customer service regarding the consultation before the sale to the meticulous install at the end.... Amazing top shelf company and products. Most of all very reasonable price range for the high end experience. BRAVO !!!

    Central air conditioner

    The installers arrived right on time as promised. They worked quickly and were very tidy in our home. The removed the old air conditioning unit without damaging the inlaid stone walkway. The kept us informed through the process of installing the equipment. Chris Amodeo explained clearly what needed to be done. There was no pressure, just good information. We chose this company out of three others and we are happy we did!

    Furnace and A/C

    Excellent, professional and prompt service all around. Quote was competitive. Marnie set out the options and recommendations very clearly. Installation team (Adam and co.) were courteous, did a good job solving problems with the install in a tight space, and left the work site neat and tidy.

    Purchased new air conditioner

    The HVAC consultant, Mike, was very knowledgeable and professional and provided honest suggestions on what would be appropriate for my house. The installers were also very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get everything done. All in all, a great experience.

    New Supporter For Life

    From start to finish I had nothing but a positive experience. From initial contact on homestarts from Marnie (do you sleep?) to Chris coming in to assess the home and our needs and finally the installation guys. The two gentlemen were prompt at 9 am friendly and took care of our home. Like Chris said instillation took 4 hours, they also installed my new thermostat for no extra charge. Upon completing the furnace stopped blowing hot air within about 20 minutes of them leaving, I called chris and the installers were in contact within 30 minutes. The installer tried to trouble shoot over the phone (my suggestion) but no luck. The guys came back at about 8 pm at night. (They were about 2 hours away). When the head installer (Kumar sorry if i spelt wrong) came in and found the issue within seconds. It was a small wiring issue with our old water pump. All in all, prompt service, friendly, reasonable and honest with great follow up. I did my research on a lot of companies and the biggest complaint about this company was warranty because people didnt register online. Registered mine and I feel like I am in good hand for the years to come!

    Carrier Furnace, Humidifier and Pipe replacement

    Great experience starting from getting the estimate to installation. We replaced our medium efficiency furnace with a high efficiency one and added a new humidifier. Pipes were replaced as per the code. Marnie did not only provide an estimate but took time to explain every detail about the installation. To be honest, we got three estimates - all three were almost the same; so the price was not the deciding factor. I was able to reach Marnie whenever I called (if not, she called me back) and got answers to all my questions. The team was punctual on the day of installation. They were very respectful, and completed the installation quickly. They explained the installation, answered questions, and signed off the invoice before they left. Definitely recommended.

    Installation of furnace,ac,humidifier,air filter

    Just had my furnace,air conditioner,humidifier,air cleaner replaced a few days ago.From start to finish the experience with Convertible was excellent. The initial presentation was very informative and the rep was very knowledgeable and was able to prove answers to all my questions and helped me select the product that was right for me.The day of installation the technician came as scheduled and did an absolutely great job on the install. From start to finish it was an excellent experience and I can recommend Convertible to future clients.
