    Boiler and Tankless Water Heater Instillation

    I was very happy that I contacted Convertible for my new boiler and tankless water heater. Chis was very detailed and informative when he came by to quote the project and offered me a solution that was much better value then the three other quotes I had received. The installation went smoothly and I was impressed with Tom and his crew. Efficient and on time while also keeping me informed of their process. I would highly recommend and would hire Convertible again if I have another project.

    Furnace and Air conditioner installed

    We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by convertible Heating and air. They were both 19 Years old Excellent service by the crew that came. They were in and out with in 5 hours and were very efficient. Everything was cleaned up and in good working order. Very pleased with the service . Would highly recommend anyone needing new furnace and air.

    ⁰Amana High Efficiency Furnace

    Just had a new furnace installed after the old one failed. Dave and Craig were outstanding, work was neat and professional looking and cleanup exceptional. Replaced a 19 year old furnace Convertible had installed. Price, quality, operation of new unit all outstanding. Dont search anywhere else for service and quality!

    LENNOX FURNACE

    The Technician is a "People Person" he and his crew are very professional. They took the time to answer questions and explained in detail the root cause of the problem. We had a problem after installation and with no issue the technician came back the next day and the problem was identified (it was no fault of the installer). Even though, we were late getting to the location the technician waited until we arrived even though he had another to attended. The installation team have surpassed customers expectation. Technicians like you are very hard to find. " Keep up the good work"

    new furnace installation

    Enercare was coming to service our furnace for an annual cleaning and inspection. They discovered a gas leak and shut the unit down telling us we needed a new furnace. We quickly began calling around to get quotes on a new furnace. One of the three places we called was Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning which had been recommended to me by a friend. I was immediately impressed with Marnie. She was definitely more than a sales rep. She came to our house the next day and discussed our options with us. She told us the pros and cons of different units and let us decide which way to go. She did not try to upsell us or convince us that we needed something we didn't need. She was extremely knowledgeable about the industry having grown up in it. She advised us of any rebates that were available to us. Once we decided to go with Convertible, we scheduled the installation of a Carrier unit for the following week. The workmen came on time .as scheduled. They worked very efficiently and professionally. They seemed very knowledgeable in their field. The basement furnace area was left spotless. Couple all this with the fact that their price was very competitive I would recommend Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning without hesitation.

    Furnace AC Installation

    Professional, polite and timely service from start to finish, from salesman (Chris) to installers (Dave and Craig). Products supplied and installed were exactly as represented, on time, with neat and tidy clean-up and removal of old equipment afterwards.

    End of Summer Air Conditioner

    I enlisted Homestars to help me find a reasonable A/C vendor. Within minutes, Convertible had replied to me. Their prices were reasonable and Chris was attentive and patient. At no time did I feel pressured to choose a more expensive (higher SEER) model. In the end, I chose a 16 SEER Lennox. One word of advice... read the fine print. They make it seem like the warranty is 10 years parts and labour without any additional fees. However, upon closer inspection of the fine print, the labour warranty is only valid with participation in their protection plan. Despite this, I would choose them again. However, it did give me some pause.

    Tankless water heater

    It was time for a new water heater and I wanted to go tankless. Marnie was available on a Sunday, provided a professional, and reasonably-priced quote. Good execution on installation

    Installed New Furnace

    Convertible Air installed a new furnace in our home replacing a very old system. They were able to install the Furnace in a very timely manner. They also referred us to a duct cleaning company at a discount. Their pricing was fair compared to other companies.
