    Air Conditioner and Furnace Install

    I purchased both my air conditioner and furnace from Marnie at Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning this year and I was very pleased with the price and service. The installation was professionally done and the technicians were very knowledgeable. The thing that impressed me most about Marnie was her honesty. I really appreciated her friendly advice. I would recommend Marnie and her company in a heartbeat!

    Conversion from Oil to Gas-Fired Furnace

    The old oil furnace would no longer work soConvertible helped us switch to a gas-fired furnace that will be much more economical. They arranged for the installation of the gas line, the removal of both the old furnace and oil tank, and then installed a high efficiency furnace for us.

    New Goodman Furnace Installation

    Thank you very much Marnie for responding ASAP to my request for a new furnace. My new Goodman furnace with professionally installed by Roop and Joshua. Both technicians provided efficient and excellence service and was indeed very friendly and accommodating to my questions during the installation.     The salesman, Chris, was very informative and instilled confidence in his proposal/offer. Very knowledgeable and offered alternative products to consider. His pricing was very competitive, as I did shop around to compare. The installation crew was friendly, polite, quick and efficient. A great job.

    Furnace replacement

    They called the night before to tell us what time they were coming. They did a great job. The company hooked us up with a $1400.00 rebate and my friend who referred us got a $50.00 rebate. Great service.

    Tankless Water Heater

    They did a great job installing the Rinai Ru160in tankless water heater. Chris was great to work with and answered all questions and even solved a little hick up with the install with one phone call to the installer. Straight forward with the pricing and honestly the cheapest out there from all the other quotes.

    Furnace and Humidifier Install

    Unfortunately our furnace was having issues (ended up needing replaced), and our protection plan contracted the work to Convertible. The install was great, everything was left very tidy and the technician (Rick) took the time to explain everything afterwards. Grant at the sales office went over and above in answering all my various questions! The only minor downside was that the appointment for the original inspection and the install both had to be changed, but both times they made sure to still accommodate as close to the original time as possible. Would happily deal with this company again.

    HVAC Replacement

    I secured quotes from four HVAC companies and Convertible was not the least expensive but had the best value in Carrier systems (also quoted Lennox and Bryant). I took some confidence in the HomeStars rating 95% from 1,500+ reviews and 'Best of 2019'. Was dealing with Mike Edwards who was very helpful in updating me on changes since the 15 YO builder-installed system was put in. I like doing my research and he generously walked me through the different models and priced them out, and at NO TIME did he ever try to upsell me a more expensive system. He wanted to ensure the system matched our home without overspending, which was refreshing (especially compared to the other quotes). Mike and his helper arrived on time and the entire system was replaced in about five hours. The basement was immaculate and everything was tidily installed. The new furnace has been amazing, the variable fan keeps the house better balanced temp wise across all three floors and the ducts no longer 'bang and thump' with expansion and contraction as the old furnace kicked in and out with heat blasts. The new AC has not been run (being Fall) but it is appreciably more quiet in our small back yard in testing. Sincere, professional and patient are how I would describe my experience with Mike and Convertible!

    did excellent price and service

    convertible air they help me as senior citizen get the Assistant i need regarding the price and disability i have . they gave very reasonable price and next day service...goo service . thank you people

    Replace Old Tankless Water Heater

    We had an unexpected problem earlier this month when our old tankless water heater died. After doing some web searching we decided on Convertible Heating and A/C and we certainly made the right choice. We dealt with Sam and Marnie in the office who were super friendly, very knowledgeable and quoted a totally acceptable fee for the job. Everything was completely and thoroughly explained to us up front. On the day of the install, Kemar came and did a great job, super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. When the job was completed the area was totally cleaned up. Kemar even noticed a noise from the furnace fan and quickly fixed it. How good is that !! Very happy to recommend these fine folks.
