    heating and air

    Last week Convertible heating and ac. Two people came t 8:30 in the morning and where finished at 2 O'clock. Those did great job and very thing was cleaned up. We saved at lot of money and we would anybody who would need furnace and AC Thanks Hans

    Excellent service and very friendly staff!!

    I was very pleased during the entire process. Grant was very helpful and understood the urgency of my call so he had Chris call me in a very quick manner. Chris arranged a meeting to come see my furnace the very next day and we had installers in the following the day. The installers Josh and Roop were great guys and very friendly. The install went so smoothly and done perfectly. My overall experience with this company has been an excellent one. I have already recommended Corvertible Air to several friends. Thank you.

    New furnace

    Best price and even better service. That sums up Convertible. This was the second time we used them and Marnie and her crew have been fantastic. This time around our furnace failed just as the deep freeze was beginning to settle in. The others we called not only quoted us higher pricing for the furnace we were considering but also couldn't have a technician out for a few days. One call to Marnie and not only did we get the best price but the technicians showed up the next day to install. Shout out to David and Craig who had the furnace replaced and had the heating back up in no time. Job well done!

    Tankless Water Heater

    Note: Review for Durham location Old water tank of 20+ years finally kicked it so we got several quotes for a new tankless water heater. Convertible was one of the more customer friendly companies we called and dealt with. Price was fair and reasonable. Getting the quote was simple and easy. Mike was able to answer my questions and I did not felt pushed or pressured for anything. Installation was quick and efficiency. The crew were on time, clean, and very professional. Would recommend and use their services again!

    New furnace and air conditioner

    Chris was very professional and service men came the next day . Very pleasant guys . Came early and the job was done in no time. Now I have a very efficient furnace and air conditioner. Thanks Chris

    Furnace replacement

    Professional, knowledgeable and service oriented. Marnie answered all my questions and was readily available whenever I called. I was prioritized based on my situation for which I am thankful. The installation went smoothly and the guys made it look effortless. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and if I need any HVAC work done in th future they will be the first one I call.

    New Furnace, Hot Water Tank

    Had used Convertible before for Air Conditioners/Furnace at other properties, engaged them again for new Goodman High Efficiency Furnace and new Rheem Hot Water Tank. Installers Kamil and Stephen were on time, very polite, and highly efficient. They even took the time to re-route the prior drainhose positioning and to move the Water Tank placement into a more optimal configuration to free up space in the area. Explained the changes from our old product to the new product, and also took care of the Enbridge "red tag" situation for us as the old Furnace and Tank had been flagged as hazardous, nat gas shutoff, etc. Highly professional and efficient. Would recommend again.

    Furnace Repair

    Lindsay came to my house promptly, and spent the time to make sure we were warm. He seems to care a lot for clients, and was extremely helpful, spent extra time to make sure things were working properly, and would continue to for the foreseeable future. Really appreciate it Lindsay! Would highly recommend.

    new hi effecient furnace installation

    I had ordered a new furnace from Homestars after coming across their company thru a mailing list. They promptly sent an agent who was well advised regarding all our options and we agreed to have it installed . On the day of the installation the technicians came on time and completed the job in a very clean fashion and were very polite.I would not hesitate to recommend Homestars to anyone who needs the Ac , heating or hot water fixed.

    Furnace and Tankless Water Tank

    From the first contact with this company, I was pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. I also felt absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I did proceed with the purchase of the furnace and hot water tank and found that the process from purchase to installation was quick and efficient. I am pleased with everything.
