    Furnace replacement

    I dealt with Michael ( HVAC Consultant ) from the start, he was very Professional and Knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail up front and for the price it was worth the value.... The installers...Rick and his team were excellent, they came on time and finished as planned. Very professional, clean and helpful. Explained a few pointers for future maintenance and went above and beyond to fix little things that needed attention. Very please with the company overall... Thanks.

    Great service

    The service was great right from the beginning. From the first contact to the sales person to the installation technician. All things were explained clearly. Paperwork was explicit and understandable. The most impressive things though was the installation technician who was very knowledgeable, polite, clean and thorough. If only every service company had a technician such as this person.

    New A/C installation

    Our a/c died during the heat wave past summer. Once we finally had time to look around we came across Convertible heating. We felt the professionalism since the first call and then Marnie's visit and with the installation team. We are very happy with our decision. Marnie has been very helpful, responsive and answered all our questions. The whole process from the initial call to the installation took only 5 days! The price was also very competitive. I would have no hesitation to work with them in our future needs and I would recommend Convertible to everyone.

    Installation of new A/C

    Wonderful company! Honest and top notch customer service! Installation was done the next day of seeing them with a quote! Fast and efficient! Highly recommend Convertable Air Systems! The installer was very nice and explained the job being done!

    NEW FURNACE INSTALLATION

    I required a new furnace, and after a careful and detailed review of the retail marketplace I chose Convertible Heating. I was impressed with the product knowledge of my Salesperson Chris who after analyzing my needs new exactly the furnace I required at a very competitive price. The installation team ( Camille and Steven) we're true professionals who installed the furnace in a very clean and timely manner. They answered all my questions, and made me feel like I had made the right decision in choosing Convertible!

    HVAC Replacement

    We had previously hired Convertible Heating & Air to replace our water heater about 5 years ago. So they were one of several quotes we short listed for consideration when we decided to replace our 20+ years old furnace and AC. Michael from Convertible provided information on equipment and arranged for installation within a week. Rick and his partner dismantled the old equipment, installed the new equipment, tested and cleaned up just over 5 hours. So far everything is good and we are happy with the service. Great job, guys.     AC installed in Orangeville

    Christopher came out a day early to assess the problem. The next day they installed a new AC unit. Unbelievable quick service! Very tidy and clean - they even used a red carpet where they worked. I've used this company several times on different houses we own. Alway reliable.

    New furnace

    Needed a new furnace and was referred to Convertible by a friend. They came right away to inspect (for a charge), then sent 2 others to give a quote (sales and installer) because the job was a bit more complicated. They gave me quotes on different furnace models. They were busy with AC work by the time I was free to get the work done, but still went with them because of the price. The work was nicely done. They got there early and cleaned up afterwards. I do wish they would've explained what they were doing again as I didn't expect the exhaust to be in the position it was and look the way it did. The exhaust is centered right above my basement window. Other than that, I'm happy that it's done and working well.

    Tankless Hot Water System

    Very satisfied. Sales rep and installers were great , no surprises. Went with the Rinnai RUI99in. Not a significant delay in getting hot water compared to the old hot water tank. Glad we made the change.
