    Cindy and Sam New Home

    My husband and I are both very satisfied with the service we received. We are now enjoying the full extent of our cool home after our air conditioning installation. The staff (Marnie) is very pleasant and such a joy to work with. The installation staff were very personable and really went out of their way to make my family included in the process. I would recommend their services to everyone!

    2.5 Goodman air conditioner and 3 ton coil

    After thoroughly researching air conditioners and installation to my satisfaction, i realized that Convertible air would be my best chose. They were very knowledgeable, punctual, very professional and fairly priced. They even moved the air conditioning coil from a poor location to maximize air flow as part of the installation. I would recommend them to anyone.

    central air conditioner

    Marnie was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The installers came on time and completed the installation without any issues. Works great and being used a lot this summer with the extreme heat we are having. Thanks again for the great service and will definitely recommend. Thanks, Todd and Shannon

    Installed A/C & Heating Furnace, Excellent Service

    I had great experience with this company. From the salesperson and customer service, to the installers. Very professional and friendly. They installed my A/C and heating furnace on the same day, and they were very nice people. I highly recommend them.

    Cool in North Toronto

    We couldn't be happier with the service that we received from Convertible Heating and Air It was time for a new air conditioner and from the quote to the installation, everyone was professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company. There's a reason they've been in business since 1967!

    Furnace and AC Installation

    Tom and Matthew (technicians) arrived early. Very professional. Answered all questions. They kept their work area very clean. Workmanship was top notch. We are extremely happy with this company and their process from initial contact all the way through to product installation. Highly recommend.

    New Gas Furnace, A/C and Tankless Water Heater

    As the sticky summer weather settled in this July, it became clear that our 15 year old air conditioner and furnace were pretty much done. We researched four or five companies, including Convertible, that were either recommended by friends and family or received favourable reviews on HomeStars. When I called Convertible, I reached Chris and he agreed to come out the next day to have a look at our heating and cooling needs and give us a quote. Within 30 minutes of his arrival at our home, he had assessed the situation and provided some solid recommendations. Although I called around for three or four other quotes, Convertible had the best price. Chris also detailed the various rebates that are available through Enbridge and set up an energy audit with the Home Inspectors Group. The following Monday, a fabulous crew (Rick, Mike and Jessie) showed up on time and worked tirelessly to get everything installed and working within the promised two day time frame. They were personable, hard working, and professional. Rick spent at least half an hour explaining the new equipment and even provided his cell phone no. in case any issues came up after they left. As I write this review, the air conditioning is working like a charm and the tankless water heater is serving up hot water on demand. I would definitely recommend Convertible for your Heating/Cooling/Water Heater needs.

    Air conditioner replacement

    Our old air conditioner "died" on the hottest day of June. I called Convertible Air/Heating and they were extremely helpful, provided a quote for a new Carrier unit over the phone, and scheduled the installation of our new unit right away. The unit was installed within 72 hours and their people were excellent.

    New AC installed

    We just used Convertible Air to install a new air conditioner. The installers came the next morning after booking the service. The installation was very quick and professional, and the installers were pleasure to work with. It was a great experience. Thank you.

    A/C unit and Furance

    The salesperson Michael is knowledge, efficient and responsive. I compared the quote to a few other companies and found that Convertible didn't try to up-sell you products an average homeowner doesn't need. The products are well reviewed and rated. The installation crew of Adam and Shawn are knowledge, personable, and professional. They finished the job over extreme heat and humidity. They asked my preferences and let me know what they planned to do ahead of time. There were no surprises and I am very satisfied with the job those guys have done! I would recommend Convertible to any homeowner! great product and service!
