    Replace Air Conditioner

    I was attempting to rent my house and the air conditioner needed to be replaced. I called Sunday and left a message that I would like a quote, I got my quote on Monday. New A/C installed on Friday. Best and lowest quote. Quick and painless install.

    Furnace Installatiom

    Convertible Air has offered the best price in comparison to other vendors. The truth of the matter is most companies give you a builders grade quote . For the same price from previous quotes. I received a slightly higher model then what everyone else offered. The company did a clean and quick installation. Thanks guys. Great job

    Excellent service from beginning to end

    This is the second time we have used Convertible Heating and AC for a major job in our home. This time we hired them to remove the old hot water heater and boiler, and replace with a combi boiler system. From beginning to end, I felt like we were in great hands. Marnie the consultant was very thorough in her assessment of our needs, and was very helpful in providing two sets of quotes and setting up financing. Tom and his installation partner did an excellent job in the installation - very tidy and thorough. We have been impressed with this company both times we have worked with them, and would not hesitate to recommend them highly to future customers.

    AC & Heating Unit Replacement

    Very satisfied with Rick and Mike who did the installation. The work was done with great detail. Before Rick left he explain all aspect of the AC unit and heating unit and gave me his personal phone number if I experience any problems with the units. I can contact him personally, this was a great service to offer a new customer.

    New a/c, furnace and tankless water heater

    A/C went in mid-July, decided to also change our 24 yr old furnace. Got quotes from a number of companies. Family recommended I talk to Convertible. Dealt with Marnie. What a breath of fresh air; she's a real straight shooter. Also decided to get rid of our water heater rental and go tankless. Rick and crew came in to do the install the following week. Everything went pretty well. Very positive experience overall.

    Knowledgeable, friendly and professional sales and installation.

    Marnie was knowledgeable and recognized me as an informed consumer who likes to do research. As per my requests, she offered me quite a few options for various models of AC for my specific situation. The prices were very good. From when we were ready to purchase until it was installed, was relatively quick. Dieter did a professional job with the installation and was happy to answer questions I had during the installation. We chose a 2 ton 13 seer carrier unit which seems to be working well so far, although we haven't yet had any very hot days since then, so we'll see how it handles. Only thing I would recommend for the future is to keep some spray foam (rather than just silicone) to completely fill the hole (from the inside) where the copper lines go outside.

    Air conditioner and furnace install

    The installers were great. The person who gave us the quote said it would be done in one business day. Granted they put in new exhaust pipes when we thought the old ones would do, but I had to take another full day off the following week for them to come back and have the work completed. The air conditioner worked for a couple of hours and the motor died. (I haven't tried the furnace yet). Were two days without air conditioning. I spoke to the owner and told him I wanted the new motor in an unopened box with the paper work to show it wasn't salvaged from another unit. A gentleman who was not an employee showed up at the house with a motor in his hand. No box or paper work. I called the owner and said this is not what I asked for. His reply was that I should trust them. I said my trust eroded when the unit they installed didn't even last a day. He said he would send some gift certificates to make up for the inconvenience. He never did. I asked him how to use the thermostat. He said he would research the answer and get back to me. He never did. Trust them?

    Hello and thank you for bringing this to our attention, when you install 2000 air-conditioners a year they sometimes have manufacturer defects, your air-conditioner had a defective fan but everything else was working perfectly. We do not use anybody else but employees so I doubt that a stranger showed up to install your new fan. And we don't use used fans we get them for free from the manufacturer We got the new fan directly from the manufacturer when we returned the defective one to them if you would like the return paperwork we can have it faxed to you at any time call 416-503-8188 and ask for the service manager Grant White. My father I asked you to trust us because we are honest and we don't mess around. Period. but when it's hot and people have a breakdown on a new unit we can understand their frustration but that doesn't mean that we are not trustworthy it simply means that you had a manufactures defect and we have corrected it with a brand new fan.     Air Conditioning

    Experienced a break down at my rental building at the peak of a heat wave. I had seen their ads locally and called to determine costs and availability. Marnie was helpful and informative about products available. She was also sympathetic to the needs of my tenants and arranged for installation within 24 hours. Dieter, the installer, was on time, well informed, efficient and took the time to explain the units functions. The installation was professional and clean with minimal discomfort for my tenants.

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    My experience with Convertible Heating & AC that began with my initial quote from Chris to the installation that was completed by Kemar and his helper, Chris was very good. My interactions with all Convertible employees, including those at the office when I called to make inquiries were professional and courteous. Overall, after consulting with several different companies, I was very pleased with the service and price I received from Convertible.

    Furnace & Air Condenser Replacement

    Installation was prompt, efficient and completed on time. Excellent service all round. The product was economical and the warranty was exceptional. No complaints or issues encountered since the product was installed.
