    A/C Purchase / Install

    Our a/c broke just as the heatwave started in late June. Marnie was able to work with me to select a replacement a/c unit (note: she offered both repair option & new a/c unit option but I chose to get a new a/c unit since our old unit used old R22 freon) and have it installed all within just 72 hrs! In respect to the installers, they showed up right on time and finished earlier than anticipated. They even took the time to lay down a drop cloth from my front entrance to basement stairs to ensure they would not dirty the floor. Removal of all the garbage & old unit was completed as promised as well. I would highly recommend Marnie & her team for any HVAC needs.

    AC Installation

    Very impressed with the Sales Rep. who came out on a Sunday of the long weekend. Professional, courteous committed installation would be done on the Wednesday. Installers were professional, job was completed on time checked if unit was operating correctly. Cleaned up all the garbage. Very impressed with Pricing and Service!

    Air Conditioner

    Four years ago, Convertible installed my furnace. It was a positive experience so when I needed an air conditioner I contact them again. The process was quick and painless. I believe the price I was quoted was fair. Within days of my call, Thomas and his co-worker came to install the equip. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Convertible for your heating and cooling needs.

    Furnace and A/C replacement

    Great company and great service. The HVAC consultant, Michael was very helpful and patient, and answered our many questions. The installer, Dieter, was very pleasant and did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company.

    Terrific Service - Raj Went Above and Beyond

    I purchased my tankless water heater along with a furnace and air conditioner from Convertible in 2010. This is the second house I purchased these units from Convertible. Over the years, I have had them come in for yearly cleanings and such but the other day my tankless began to leak. I called in a panic. Raj came out the very next day even though he was extremely busy but unfortunatley he didn't have the O-ring in his truck. In spite of having the following day fully booked, he made a point to get to my house at 8:30 pm to repair the unit. He texted during the day with the heads up that he had the part and then another text to say he was running late. So after a full day's work with overtime and all, he came to make sure I had hot water. I am so impressed. I will continue to recommend these folks. They provide great service and products at the outset and follow up with terrific service after the sale is complete. I am so glad I chose this family business to do business with.

    Fantastic from start to finish!

    From the moment we met Michael he made me feel comfortable with such a big job and such a big purchase. He was clear, communicated promptly and delivered what he promised. The service guys spent 2 days at our house, problem solving all kinds of issues for our old house. They were extremely courteous, helpful, knowledgable and professional. They also made me laugh a few times. We are extremely satisfied with this company and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone.

    New Air Conditioning Installation

    Amazing experience with Convertible Hearing and Air Conditioning from start to finish! Their pricing was very reasonable, our sales rep Sam was very courteous, and their work was extremely professional. Not only did they clean up after completion, they also disposed our old A/C unit. Most importantly, the crew made sure I was fully satisfied before they left. In the beginning I was skeptical but they exceeded my expectations. I would high recommend them.

    Furnace & Ductless Heat Pump Installation

    I contacted them by email and they replied back within 24 hours. 2 days later, Marnie visited us. She was on time for the appointment, checked out old furnace, central AC and the townhouse layout. She was friendly and answered all our questions regarding equipment options and costs associated with the installations. As my husband was planning to repair the interlock in the backyard, Marnie was able to schedule the removal of the old AC unit the next day. Our old furnace was replaced with a high efficiency one by Kamil and Steven, both whom were friendly and precise and quick in their work. They managed to install the 2 vent pipes required by the new furnace on a short and clean route, changing the air supply grill position. The ductless system was installed by Roop and Josh one week later, who were also very quick and efficient, and worked with our wishes in the placement of the units. Overall, the work and service was wonderful and quick, and we were very happy to work with the team at Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning.

    Air conditioner install

    I went from calling convertible air to complete install in less than 2 days. Spoke to Marnie on the phone who gave me some great info on the Amana unit I wanted as I had read some good reviews beforehand. We set a date for install and Dieter came on time and had it installed and working in no time. No mess, fast and efficient from sales to install. Can’t ask for more than that. Thank you Convertible.
