    New Air Conditioner

    Very pleased with the excellent customer service we received during the purchase and installation of our new air conditioner. We found both Chris and the installation crew very professional and pleasant to work with. We will definitely recommend them to others.

    AC and Furnace installation

    Excellent installation and professional workmanship. Very competitive pricing and warranty terms compared to the so called “big names”. Would I recommend convertible air conditioning to my friends and relatives YES!!!!

    Hot Water Tank Installation

    Thankfully found Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning after spending the previous day (Sunday) trying to figure out the best solution for my broken hot water tank. On Monday I had a detailed conversation with Chris and he even advised of a less expensive option, which was a refreshing change of perspective ... In any event, he sent off Dieter within 24 hours of my call and I could not be happier with the service and the final outcome. I look forward to Convertible servicing both my AC and furnace later this year --- thank you to all; what an excellent experience.

    Furnace replacement

    Very fast and on time reliable service with a great deal of knowledge and experience. Thanks to technician Tahir for helping identifying and helping correct problems with out nest thermostat.

    Amana Furnace

    Great service & easy going, salesman & installers were pleasant to deal with and would recommend to anyone, reasonable price to get the job done, very satisfied. Will use him again in the future.

    TANKLESS WATER HEATER

    On 30th May, 2019 I installed the "Rinnai" 160,000- 96% efficeinet tankless water heater at a cost of $ 2,650 + taxes. It was value for money as the price included 10 years warranty on parts and labour and 15 years warranty for heat exchanger. The Service was excellent. Pros and cons of Installing a tankless water heater: Pros: 1. Saves on gas (No need to store 50 gallons of water at 60 C throughout, as in the case of hot water tank); 2. Saves on space (Saves on the space utilised by the water tank); 3. Can be fixed on a wall. Cons: 1. Takes a few seconds more as compared to hot water tank for the hot water to flow into the hot water tap or shower.. (depending upon the distance from the tankless water heater to the hot water tap/shower).

    Best price! Great service!

    I called around for gas hot water heaters, and found Convertible offered the best price, by hundreds less. I was very happy with all contact made with the office, as well as the installation, which was done by someone with decades of experience. Was not able to pay with credit card, but I would choose them again any day!

Regarding the credit card, we are working with visa and MasterCard provincially with all retailers combined to reduce their unfair service charges to the vendors like us. Their back charges can sometimes be as high as 5% and it adds up ridiculously and that's why we cannot always use credit card on high amounts hopefully in the future they will go back to their normal rate of only 1%. Do you know that Walmart throughout parts of Canada stopped accepting visa Due to their high fees. Thank you again we really truly appreciate you and your review. Marnie Amodeo general manager

    High-efficency Furnace and Central Air Conditioner Installation

    We needed to install a high-performance furnace, as our furnace was outdated and did not meet the new efficiency standards. Also we decided to install a central air conditioner. Since our basement is finished, we feared that there would be a lot of mess and complexity with installation of central air conditioner. Besides, the location of the utulities room in the central part of our semidetached house introduced additional difficulties. But as a result, the contractor was able to solve all the problems safely and quickly to our great joy, for which we are very grateful to him. We are very pleased with the work of the contractor and with the result.

    Air conditioner Installation

    I couldn’t be more happier with excellent customer service and experience my spouse and I received . The salesperson and installer were very helpful and pleasant . They took the time to provide the information that we needed since it was our first time purchasing an Air Conditioner- I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

    IMPRESSIVE!

    After 18 years, it was time to replace our HVAC systems, furnace and air conditioner. We live two hours north of Toronto so we got quotes from local contractors, then contacted Marnie, as we had dealt with her with my father-in-law's house a few years ago. She agreed to review our quotes and explained the features that were offered. As it turned out, she was able to do the installation and at a significantly lower price. The crew arrived on the morning scheduled, removed the old equipment and installed the new HVAC system. When they left, the only sign that they had been here, was the new Smart thermostat, an EcoBee. The new furnace, vent piping, and evaporator fan look great and more importantly work great and much quieter than the old system. Thanks!
