    New furnace install

    For me, an unfortunate situation became a positive one as I was red tagged for venting to my chimney on my mid efficiency furnace and water tank. In summary, my best option was to replace my furnace with a new one and power vent outside however venting the new pipes was a major challenge. I received a very reasonable quote for a new carrier furnace and the large challenge to vent was completed after finding me a solution to my tough situation. I wanted to thank Michael my sales rep and Dave the installer for his determination to get the job done professionally and safely. Thanks for a nice warm and efficient furnace.

    product & service

    Thanks for very good job. Our old heater was replaced and the great work was done by people from Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. We called them because they replaced our old conditioner few months before and we ware very satisfying with there job. Everything was done quickly, clean and very professional. Thanks again!     Furnace, AC, ductwork

    Knowledgeable, respectful, trustworthy team of installers and project manager. Courteous and helpful hints provided by all individuals involved. Thorough explanation of what was required and great understanding of our issues and solutions provided how to deal with them.

    NEW TANKLESS HOT WATER INSTALL

    I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED AND HAD INSTALLED AN A/C UNIT (FANTASTIC JOB). THAT IS WHY I CALLED THEM FIRST. CHRIS SHOWED UP, HE KNEW HIS PRODUCTS, LOOKED OVER WHERE THE INSTALL WAS TO TAKE PLACE, AND GAVE US AN EXCELLENT PRICE AND WARRANTY. WE DID NOT HAVE CALL ANY ONE ELSE FOR PRICING. ONCE THE INSTALLER SHOWED UP HE WAS WELL TRAINED IN HIS FIELD. HE EXPLAINED HOW THE INSTALL WAS GOING TO HAPPEN, AND WHY BECAUSE OF THE LAWS AND SAFETY FACTORS. THE INSTALL WAS QUICK, CLEAN, LOOKS GREAT, AND WORKS FANTASTIC. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE MY ENERGY COSTS DROP AGAIN WITH AN OTHER CONVERTIBLE PRODUCT IN MY HOME. THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER GREAT JOB DONE TO MY HOME TO INCREASE ITS VALUE. EVERYONE SHOULD CALL CONVERTIBLE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING FIRST WHEN THEY NEED HELP, PRICING. OR A PRODUCT.

    New Carrier Furnace & T-stat (Infinity Series) and humidifier

    Referred to Convertible by a friend about 8 pm on a Monday evening; he passed my name on to Chris at Convertible - Chris called me within an hour or so; we set an appointment for Wednesday am; Chris was on time; explained all the options including rebates; did not try to oversell me. Chris prepared 3 written detailed quotes while on site. I took a few days to review other quotes and decide; decided Convertible's proposal was the best option, (not the least expensive). Scheduled install; techs showed up on time; were neat /clean; install looks professionally done; they cleaned up wires etc from previous install. Unit works perfectly so far.

    replaced furnace air conditioner and hot water tank

    we called, they came all work was done pretty good, I asked for some things (I wanted the best there was) they assured me that what they were installing was good (money was not an issue). I've had more repairs on the furnace than anything else before AND not by them. They never make it out or they NEVER answer the phone !!

    It's hard to respond to a review like this since it doesn't come close to defining who we are. I would hazard a guess that there is way more to this story than being described, I know this because we answer every single call. Every single day, non stop. I am in charge of that, and am VERY strict on providing immediate help. We have staff that work all night long to answer calls and send out service calls. So you are not being truthful to start. Finally, if you have had repeated calls to a high efficiency furnace, then it would be from a manufactures issue and we only sell the top three rated brands on Consumers Reports, American Standard #1 Carrier #2 and Amana#3 to try to ensure we don't get MFG's issues.     new Furnace and AC unit

    Very professional , on time as scheduled , the job was clean , the salesman( Chris ) explained what unit we we getting in detail, the unit was in installed in one day. Would highly recommend them.

    AMAZING

    It was amazing! Just Great! They were so friendly and Finished the job in a timely manner! I have always had trouble dealing with other companies and they have always been rather unfriendly. Not these guys! These guys made me feel like I could trust them with my babies life.

    New furnace installation

    We were very happy with Convertible Heating from the beginning till the end. Sales person, Marnie, was very knowledgeable. As well as two techs who came to install the furnace on time and were done even earlier than planned. Happy to recommend this company.

    Replace watertank

    Two months ago, our hot water tank was broken. I called a few other companies, only Sam from Convertible quoted with a very reasonable price. And Sam arranged his technician to install the new water tank in a very short time. Good job!
