    Staying comfortable with a new furnace.

    First of all I must say, that I had been through many installations (furnaces, A/C Units, etc.) in many properties over the span of 20 years. Service provided by Convertible is,by far, the best. New furnace was installed in a very professional manner, with attention to the detail. What I really liked, was how clean the job was! Not even a crumb of garbage left!!! I have never experienced, ( and believe me, I have had many, many services- mostly disappointing), such a great work. Right on time, efficient and professional. Special thanks to Chris for a great approach to my needs.Keep up a good work!!! PS Word to potential clients-don't waste your time and choose Convertible-simply the best!!!

    New Furnace Installation

    Chris was knowledgeable answering my questions and arranged for quick installation at a time that worked for me. Installers arrived on time and were polite. Old furnace was vented through chimney, so additional outside work was required. Installation was completed professionally and everything looked very neat and tidy. Even a new furnace shut off switch was installed at no additional cost. Was very satisfied with the entire process and would not hesitate to recommend!

    New Furnace and A/C

    Very happy with the service provided from the in home quote to the instillation. Everything was explained and showed as I was a new owner of an older home with a 30 year old furnace. It took less than one day to install with no mess left behind. The workers were very knowledgeable about their products and were helpful going over the final details of the units once installed. I would have no problems recommending Convertible to friends and family.

    Furnace and water heater upgrade

    Convertible installed a new furnace and a tankless water heater. They also upgraded the duct work in our home. Return vents were moved to more appropriate locations and adding additional vents were added. Air flow was noticeably improved in the house and the new appliances were moved to give use more usable room in the basement. The consultation prior to purchasing was excellent. All our questions were answered honestly and we were provided several different options for the installation each with a different cost. After deciding on the option we were going with, the work was scheduled to accommodate other renovations. Convertible was very flexible throughout the process. The installation team was professional and did excellent work. Everything was done as we had requested. Work was completed on-time and we are extremely satisfied with the results.

    furnace, air conditioner, water heater installation and removal

    Christopher and his crew were very pleasant to have work on my house, they were courteous, timely, and 100% professional. They answered all of my questions and did a great job, also answered my calls whenever I had a question and were very smart and polite.

    New Funrnace Installation

    The technicians are great, they really know what they are doing, very neat work performed with no garbage left behind. Service was on time. The visit for quote is very informative and they assess our requirement prior to suggesting their products and services. We are very satisfied for the service they provided.

    Returning Customer

    Previously I have purchased two central air systems and this time I bought American Standard Furnace. What I mainly like about their product is 10 year Parts & Labor warranty I receive from them.

    NEW FURNACE

    CONVERTIBLE INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE, HUMIDIFIER & CHIMNEY LINER AT MY MOTHERS HOME. MY MOTHER IS A SENIOR AND THE TECHNICIANS ADAM & SHAWN WERE VERY RESPECTFUL AND POLITE TO HER. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WORK EFFICIENTLY TO COMPLETE THE INSTALLATION. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN PLACING DROP CLOTHS IN THE WORK AREA AND ANY AREA THEY HAD TO ACCESS. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND CLEARLY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THEY DID RELATED TO THE INSTALLATION ALONG WITH EXPLAINING HOW THE FURNACE FUNCTIONS WITH THE HUMIDIFIER. A THANK YOU TO CHRIS THE SALES PERSON WHO IDENTIFIED SHE WOULD NEED A NEW CHIMNEY LINER FOR THIS INSTALLATION WHEN THE OTHER TWO CONTRACTORS I CONTACTED DID NOT IDENTIFY THIS ISSUE. GREAT JOB VERY SATISFIED.

It is a serious safety infraction to not install a chimney liner when needed -and it seems that most of our competitors do you not care about the safety of their potential customers evident in the fact they are intentionally omitting chimney liners in their quotes. Scary. That is extremely concerning and we would never participate in such ethical and unsafe work. All of our installations meet ALL safety codes 100% no exceptions.     Furnace and AC Replacement

    Had a 20 year old furnace and AC unit that needed to be replaced. Was referred by a friend to check out Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and have been pleased with their product and service! Installation was quick and clean; crew did a good job in explaining things and answering any questions. Not the cheapest company out there, but you're getting good value and piece of mind for great service. Would highly recommend.

    Furnace Installation

    Our 16 year old furnace needed to be replaced. Michael provided excellent service walking through the various options along with the rebates that we could potentially claim. The installation went smoothly and the crew finished the work on time and completely cleaned up all debris. I was particularly pleased with the fact that they were able to feed new venting through an existing finished space without having to cut into the drywall. Thank you for a quick and smooth installation at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning!
