    Tankless Hotwater Heater

    I had Convertible come to my home and give me a quote to find the price was reasonable. They were able to come the next day and do the installation. The installers were polite efficient and neat and tidy taking care while working in my home. Thanks guys, Great Job!!!!!!!

    New Furnace, New AC, New Tankless Water Heater

    Purchased a new furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater from Convertible Air. The company was great from start to finish, great install and I'm very pleased with their overall professionalism.

    furnace

    I was in need of a new furnace seeing ours just stopped working and repairs were too expensive and the furnace was old, not worth the money to repair. This happened two weeks ago so we were without heat for about 8 or 9 days and it was cold. So we were getting some quotes from a few companies whom were all quite busy and I called Convertible and I was talking to Marnie and she was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and patient in answering questions about furnaces. Chris came by my home same day gave me a fair quote and the job was done after a few days. Installation team were nice and did a good job Rick, Jessie and I believe it's Michael if I got it wrong my apologies . Only one thing was installer had to get a part that took a hour and a half or two hours of time before returning to do the job . Other wise the job went fairly smooth . Thanks to the Convertible team

    New Furnace and AC Unit

    After getting a few quotes we decided to go with Convertible Air. The sales rep Chris was great and answered all questions we had. Our installers were also fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new furnace or AC unit.

    Pro install of new QUIET, EFFICIENT, DURABLE, ECONOMICAL Boiler and tankless water heater

    We were forced to get a new direct vent boiler for our home when the city's committee of adjustments allowed the new build next door to obstruct our chimney. (less than 10 ft away from 3 ft below the top of the chimney) I had a Navien Combi boiler (9 year life) installed by a competitor 1.5 years ago. It was very noisy, caused an unbearable ringing noise throughout our house and parts of our home were cold! They tried but could not fix. CONVERTIBLE recommended and installed new Veissmann boiler (18 year lifespan!) AND a Rennai tankless water heater. THE WORK IS VERY NEAT, NO NOISE!! AND WARM!! PLUS IT SHOULD LAST TWICE AS LONG FOR ROUGHLY THE SAME COST!! I LOVE IT!!

    Furnace Installation

    Technician was friendly & knowledgeable. Water pump hose is connected under sink (instead of floor drain) to hide from view which is a plus. Install took about 4 hours. Only issue was the hot water wasn't turned back on but a technician returned free of charge. Never did get my gift card though.

    New Hot Water Tank and Chimney Liner

    I had a new hot water tank put in that also required a new chimney liner and it was a great experience. The crew (Adam and Shawn) were on time and worked very efficienctly without in any way seeming rushed. They were very diligent in protecting the floors with drop sheets and with their clean up. I ask a lot of questions and they were very patient and while doing the call they were also able to fix my broken furnace humidifier by identifying a problem that another company previously couldn’t. Great job and thanks!

    Furnace Replaced & AC Added

    I chose Convertible because of the quote & long term maintenance cost. Of the 3 quotes I obtained, Carrier and one other double checked and noted an extra Carrier customer retention rebate. My previous long term service contractor did not mention any rebates Carrier or govt. Seeing that Convertible covered the Durham Region, had a good reputation and had been in business for a long time and had the best quote, I went with them. Adam and Shawn arrived on time, were polite, kept me informed, answered questions with patience. They were very thorough and addressed all aspects of the job and its challenges. They paid attention to every detail especially when safely hooking up the gas. Lines to the AC were very neatly tied back as were any feeds into the furnace or other electrical wires. It was good to see the outer covering of the 14/2 gauge black/white/ground was red easily distinguishing it from all of the other white sets. Clean up was done well and was made easier with the drop cloths they used. I had carrier product before for 18 years. If this AC and Furnace perform as well as my previous carrier, I should not have a problem. If the AC and Furnace performs as well as my installers, then I will have no problems.

    Furnace and central air

    I would just like to say thank you 2 convertible air for their wonderful service right off the start with Marney talking to me on the phone suggesting to me what action I should take, Brother Chris coming down and meeting me face-to-face at my front door showing me and telling me exactly what i need. AWESOME install day when Rick and his crew of Jessie and Michael who are all fantastic did a terrific job on the install... they came on time they were in and out nice and quiet didn't cause any damage to my house and cleaned up any mess they left behind and got rid of all my old furnace and AC I was very happy and thanks again you guys five stars all the way...     Furnace and A/C

    After much research and multiple quotes from different vendors I decided to go with Convertible mainly because of their professionalism and reviews. The runner-up company had a better price but I wasn't happy with their salesman and wasn't sold on their reliability. I dealt with Chris Amodeo and he was a pleasure to deal with and explained everything to me properly. The installers were on-time and did a good job and tried to help me out with the cost of the smart thermostat install since they had to fish new wiring. My only gripe would be that they left all the cardboard boxes behind, it would have been nice if they had taken that with them. Overall, I am very pleased with the sales and service so far. I hope that I don't run into any issues with the furnace or A/c in the future but i'm confidant that Convertible will have my back.
