    AC Installation

    This is the second time I have used Convertible Air and once again, they did an excellent job with the installation of my AC. During this hot summer of 2018 in Toronto, Convertible Air acted quickly in booking an install. Previously, I had used Convertible Air to install a furnace and AC for my parent's house and they were amazing. Micheal from sales continues being one of the nicest guys you will ever meet and of course, the installers Roop and Roy were outstanding as well. Knowing that Roop had 30+ years of experience I was confident the job would be done well.

    replacement of Central air conditioner

    Service personal arrive right on time to our appointment. They showed excellent knowledge of their job required and where fast and very polite. We were very pleased and thanks very much to our Daughter who recommended such a great company to us

    A/C & Furnace Installation

    Our A/C stopped working at the beginning of the July heat wave. We called Convertible after reading favourable reviews on the Beaches Facebook Group page. Marnie, the General Manager, came to our house to give us a quote. She explained in detail the process and was personable and professional. The two technicians that came to do the installation did an excellent and thorough job. They were friendly and introduced themselves before beginning the work. They worked for almost 6 hours without taking a break, removed all of the old items, and ensured everything was in working order before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

    AC condenser replacement

    Our condenser recently broke down during the heat dome event that engulfed the Greater Toronto Area and it was unbearable to stay in the home. Called on a few HVAC contractor to come try to fix the condenser, but they appeared to be more concerned to put their brand stickers on my internal unit rather than do much to check out the condenser. Spoke with Marnie at Convertible Air, she sent out Tahir later that day, he checked out the condenser and coil, gave me options to fix or replace. With the condenser being almost 18 years old, it made more sense long term to replace and upgrade the unit. Marnie kept in touch over the next two days with package options, contacted the furnace manufacturer about the feasibility of using my existing coil with a newer unit, and routed abother technician, Roop, to come review the coil. A day and a half later, Roop was back with a colleague to replace the unit that I agreed to move forward with. They completed the installation, cleaned up after themselves, and took all the packaging and garbage with them when they left. All in all, a great experience and welcome relief from the heat!

    Installation A/C Unit and Humidifier

    We were very satisfied with the installation of our A/C unit and Humidifier. They were professional, knowledgeable and informative. They address our needs and concerns. They came on time on scheduled day as promised.

    AC Installation

    Absolutely loved my experience from stat to finish. Chris was prompt with responses and was able to understand our AC needs giving us our choices and explaining each. The team today was phenomenal. They were on time, explained each step, gave very helpful pointers, completed the job quick and cleaned their mess before they went! Thank you for everything and we will definitely come back in the future :)

    Excellent, Professional Service. Michael was very knowledgeable, helpful, and we appreciated hia honesty. Installers were on time, effecient and did a great job and left basement clean. I would highly recommend this company

    Replacement Air Conditioner

    On the Friday of the blistering Canada Day long weekend my air conditioner died. After contacting Convertible , they had a technician at the house before 9:00am the next day ! The technician explained what was wrong and why a replacement unit was the best solution. The office called me back the following day with a quote and a schedule for the installation. On the Wednesday after the long weekend they arrived with the new unit and it was installed with no fuss, and at the quoted price. Truly great service all around since I am sure I was not their only customer that weekend ! I think Marnie said she was juggling 38 clients that weekend. Great job to all at Convertible, I have no hesitation in recommending this company to all.

    New Furnace and Air Install

    After getting a few quotes we had Convertible do the job. Chris was excellent on the consult and the installers were excellent. This company knows their business and their price was the best by far. We are very happy with new equipment and would recommend Convertible to anyone else looking for a furnace or air conditioner.

    New Air conditioner installed

    When Mike came to the appointment he took a look at the old AC. He explained a lot to me and gave me his professional advise. He also gave me a reasonable quote. His installation crew was very efficient, very friendly and completed the job within the specified time limit. I highly recommend Convertible Air.
