Communication from the get-go was professional and easy with Marnie. For our initial appointment she was punctual, detailed, knowledgeable and friendly. In further e-mail correspondence she was patient and organized and answered all my questions. In today's world, contractors seem so busy they can't even send a courteous message to say "no thanks" so it was a pleasant change of pace to have e-mails answered and contractors show up when they say they will. She also explained code requirements, gave me options for the work I was inquiring about, and initiated the government rebate process as well as put us in touch with the Energy Auditors immediately upon booking.

Although not the cheapest HVAC contractor we found (somewhere in the middle of the quotes we received, but the other guys were leaving out certain parts Convertible was providing), my wife and I decided to book with Convertible. The team of Adam & Adam showed up for the installation and were very friendly, professional, hard working and thorough. They went out of their way to ensure our expectations were met and all code requirements were followed. On the day of installation, a couple of items were not included as part of the original walk-through (extra electrical work required, providing grilles in furnace room door to meet code, etc) but the Adam's still took care of it all and without extra cost. We definitely made the right choice in terms of quality, professionalism, organization and price.
