    Air Conditioner

    I gotta tell you from Chris to the Installer (forgot his name, my apologies) it was an excellent experience. The installer was professional and courteous, he was on time and cleaned up after himself. Chris the salesman even was very quick replying to my emails after he left. The wife had more questions I forgot to ask when Chris was here for the quote. Bottom line, don’t waste your time with other companies. I highly recommend Convertible Air. Thanks you.

    Replace Old AC

    On the hottest day this year my AC broke down. I called 4-5 HVAC companies to replace with a new unit. Three responded with quotes but were all booked up for the next two weeks or longer. I placed my name on the cancellation list. Convertible called back the same day and installed the new unit on the next business day. Great product, service and timing!

    New Air Conditioner Installation

    Had Chris come out to give us a quote & it was the least expensive of the quotes that we got. He gave us a very good quote & decided to go ahead with the installation. We weren't to pleased with installation because the installer to check properly to see if the unit sat properly on the stone. We had other issues too & called Chris & he said everything will be rectified.

    NEW AIR CONDITIONER

    After endearing the warmest days not too long ago this year and after we found out that our old AC wasn't going to work because of the compressor. Therefore we invited quotes from various companies and selected CONVERTIBLE AIR because their quote was reasonable. We've dealt with them before and were pleased. They did install a new unit just recently and we weren't too pleased with installation, however, when I sent Chris the pics, he realized it was a shoddy installation & would send his most experience technician. That he did and we are thankful for the extra service. Thanks Chris.

    Central air coditioning purchase and installation

    I recommend convertible heating and air conditioning because they have the best prices around. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation was quick and the installers were frienly and professional. I would recommend this company to everyone.

    AC Install

    GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. TECHNICIANS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, AND PUNCTUAL. OFFICE STAFF EXCELLENT AS WELL. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW A/C.

    New air conditioner unit

    Christopher was very prompt in coming to give a quote which included the condenser unit for which some other companies charged extra. The installers, Root and his helper, were professional and knowledgeable. The unit was installed and working within three hours. We were very pleased with the overall process and would recommend this family owned company to everyone.

    Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning

    My experience was incredible! Excellent service and extremely punctual. Handled my air conditioning with extreme care and were exceptionally professional. I could not be happier with this company's fast, honest, and attentive service. I appreciate the service plus quality of this company.

    New Furnace

    The fan on our furnace stopped working and we contacted Convertible for a quote. They were the first company we contacted, we did get another quote, however, we were very impressed with our salesperson. Marnie gave us a quote on the phone and when she ate out to check the furnace she honoured the original quote. We had the furnace yesterday and we are very happy with the results. The people they sent to install the furnace were excellent, before they left they cleaned everything, and they did not leave anything behind. I would recommend Convertible. ,

    Ac Installation

    My AC Unit wasn't working so we start inquiring about prices and we got 3 quotes and their prices were very high, until we came across a booklet we got in the mail and find Convertible home star and their prices where reasonable. I would recommend them to other people.
