    A/C Installation

    From the first meeting to the install, the process was comfortable and speedy. We were well informed about which A/C would be best for our family and our home and the price could not be beat. The installations was quick and painless and the guys were great with set up and information. The house is now cool and we are sleeping easy.

    Air conditioning installation

    We recently had a new air conditioner installed by Convertible Heating & Air. Right from the beginning of us inquiring about brands and prices we just knew this would be the company we would go with. First, we read the reviews and they were all really great as there were many happy customers for many reasons. We then gave them a call and the person I spoke to was so very friendly, informative and truthfully answered the questions I had. On the day of installation, the installer came between the time given. They were very friendly and efficient. They were able to replace our old air conditioner within a few hours. We were quite pleased with the job done, they were informative and provided a few helpful tips and cleaned up after the job was complete. Our air conditioner works wonderful!! We would definitely recommend Convertible Air & Heating, as well as recommend them to family and friends.

    5 STAR Experience

    On Friday May 26th, 2018 Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc installed an Air Conditioning system at our home. The staff members were very knowledgeable about their products and provided great Customer Service. I am absolutely satisfied with their services and will definitely recommend this company to family and friends!!! From A Happy Customer

    Great Job

    This company did a really good job installing my air conditioning. They were nice guys who finished the work quickly and cleanly. They were also very professional. The AC runs perfectly. I would highly recommend using this company.

    Air conditioner - new

    We hired convertible air conditioning 3 summers ago to install a new AC unit in our home. They were the cheapest of three quotes and did a good job with the initial install. We arranged for the install in March of that year because we wanted to beat the rush. That was our first mistake. Since they couldn’t test it when it was installed, we assumed all was fine ... in June of that year, our AC didn’t work and convertible came right back, said the Freon had leaked out but not to worry - they added Freon and it worked for the summer. Next summer - same problem. No Freon - they tried to charge us to “find the leak” and I complained the unit had never worked right and I need it to work right. They said they couldn’t do the work for a couple of months. They added Freon again and went on their way promising to come back in the fall to fix it right. They didn’t come back in the fall and now we are having the same problem again! fed up with their Lack of service and problem solving. Buggy unit from day one. So frustrated.

    Hi Shannon- if you call our office you know we always help you, That's why we come out every time you call us. but sometimes it's difficult when the job gets fixed and is cooling well and then it leaks out over the winter. we have very short seasons in Canada so we don't have the entire year to monitor it.     Tankless Water Heater

    Our John Wood tankless water heater broke down during the Victoria Day long weekend and it was tough with kids at home. I called and few places and was lucky to find Convertible. Marnie was the nicest person and helped with my endless questions. She gave great advice on the issue and potential solutions going forward. Despite her busy schedule, she worked with me during the long weekend and got the water heater installed fairly quickly. Thank you Marnie and Convertible for all your help!

    New A/C Unit - Amana Distinctions GSX16

    Rick and his colleague were great. The job was done professionally and timely. They were able to answer any of my questions and were very friendly. My contact with company headquarters was also easy and e-mails answered promptly. Highly recommended.

    Air conditioner

    We needed a new central air conditioner and Convertible was recommended to us by friends. Mike was honest and understood what we needed. He was not pushy , and his quote was great based on our research. Booking was prompt and we are very pleased!

    Rinnai Tankless Installation

    Great Services, Tech were very clean laid out rug to work space. Tech let me know every time they would either shut off water or make any loud noise. I would recommend them great price compared to big box stores.
