    Excellent New AC

    Convertible was the lowest of the three quotes but impressed me with their professionalism. Installation was pain free and professional as well. Managed to get the pipes under the deck just fine. Happy with my new Amana Air Conditioner

    Furnace,A/C relocation and thankless water heater install

    Wow, Last year got Adam install my new furnace and A/C very happy with the service, I did write a review about it last year. Now, I call Chris the sale rep once again he tried to give me a good price on the thankless water heater, once again I did business with them. To tell you guys the true I will pay any amount of money to have them come back?I was please to spoke with Grant the office paper guy( clerk ) he was amazing to deal with. I did have a problem after relocated my furnace and he got someone to come and deal with the issue ASAP. Dave the install guy who relocated my furnace and install my thankless was amazing, omg those people deserve more then a star. Dave apprentice was great as well sorry buddy I forgot is name. Antoinette, the lady who answer the phone, you are very nice as well. You guys deserve all the customer in the world. Love the service

    New Furnace and AC

    We had an excellent experience with Convertible and would recommend them without hesitation. From the visit of Marnie for a quotation to the installation by Camil and James, everything went very efficiently and professionally. They are pleasant and knowledgeable people who inspire trust. All our questions were answered before and during the installation and requests satisfied. Price was fair and competitive and the job has been done very cleanly.     Excellent Service!!!

    -met convertible in 2014 when they installed AC in my first home. experienced no issues, also great customer service! -recently we moved, and needed air conditioning. only issue is that the furnace my builder went with put a sticker on the furnace warning, that if we went with any other company for AC, then we would void warranty. i knew i didnt want to go with this new company b/c i only trusted convertible air. I called convertible for my options, and to ease my mind, they took over the warranty for my furnace! also offered me an amazing price for a 3 ton, amana AC.--thanks Micheal! -guys who installed were excellent & professional! Thanks Adam & Adam:)! They worked with me even when I wasn't home upon their arrival, and even cleaned my basement steps..which they really didnt have to do! -Also gave me a folder with everything from them to help keep me organized! I dont think i can ever go with any other company for heating & air conditioning needs!

    Outdoor A/C Replacement

    I contacted Convertible Air for A/C Replacement and the team was very professional from start to finish. (Amana 2-Ton 16-SEER outdoor unit). - The initial on-site visit was very thorough, and did not leave any surprises to the technician. - The quotation was done without any push for up-sell or extras, with cost-effectiveness in mind. - The installation was scheduled just a few days from the quote which was fast considering the job was done in the May. - The technician performing the installation seemed to be very capable of doing his job and cleaned up after the job was done. We have a VERY tight finished wall around the furnace and he was able to do the work around the tight space without having to punch any access holes from the adjoining room. - Initial test appeared very pretty good right after installation. - The weather hasn't been crazy hot, I guess time will tell of the performance of the unit installed. Will probably provide an update in the summer when the unit is working under full-load. Overall experience with Convertible Air has been fantastic so far. Would recommend for A/C Replacement jobs.

    NEW CARRIER FURNACE

    When our 19 year-old Carrier furnace finally succumbed to the well known secondary heat exchanger rust problem I obtained a quote from a major HVAC company that seemed quite high. I was about to arrange for a second quote when my neighbour recommended Convertible Air who had replaced his air conditioner a year ago. He was very pleased with their service and price. Chris from Convertible came out and clearly explained the appropriate new furnace for our home, the rebates currently available and provided a quote that was substantially lower in cost. When we decided to go with Convertible, Chris arranged for the energy audit (required for rebate eligibility) and even recommended a very good duct cleaning service. In the space of 4 days we had the air ducts cleaned, the energy audit completed and a new Carrier furnace installed by Convertible. (The installers, Brandon and Josh, were polite, knowledgeable and efficient). I would not hesitate to recommend Convertible to family and friends and will definitely use them for our future HVAC needs!

    American Standard Furnace from 1970's furnace

    Sales person was on time. Chimney crew as well as energy audit was scheduled and they were all on time. Install crews were friendly and explained things when questions were asked. 4 star instead of 5 for leaving drywall dust on the floor after changing the thermostat, and using clear caulking outside around the 2 pvc pipes. Can still see magic marker used to mark the holes, and the cutting of the aluminum siding. White caulking would have looked so much more professional. Still I would recommend this company

Regarding the magic marker on the vent pipe that is actually an installation procedure code that we must follow to ensure they fit in like a puzzle! We have used coloured caulking in the past with some complaints of not matching brick -so some technicians opt for the clear stuff to blend in better. Even with professionalism and good ethics there are always way to improve. ... and it is very important for us to make everybody happy and your feedback is extremely valuable to us thank you kindly.     New Air Conditioning Installation

    Our 23 year old air conditioner was finally finished. We got three quotes and decided to choose Convertible because not only were they the most reasonable quote by far, but also the only one with 10 year parts and labour (instead of 3 years labour offered by the other two companies). The salesman Chris was very pleasant to deal with... No nonsense. We decided to use Convertible and our new air conditioning was installed within days. On a Saturday no less! Which was very convenient for us. The installers were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly and clean. AN ALL AROUND WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! We will be definitely recommending Convertible to friends and family.

    air conditioner

    Convertible air was the most reasonable of the 3 estimates I gathered. I was pleased to realize they were the same company who installed my a/c 18 years ago. the only downfall, I was told it could go to the side of the house, but it 'couldn't' and it was to be a 16 seer, but is a 14 seer. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

These new units are bigger, it couldn't fit on the side and unfortunately that is something that we cannot control, we have to abide to local codes. And I know it's confusing regarding the SEER ratings but that unit is a 16 seer. SEER is a range that also includes the indoor coil. With the oversized coil used that unit achieves 16 SEER.     Furnace and a.c. install

    This week my family had or furnace and a.c. replaced. We decided to go with convertible air because their sales associate Marine was very friendly and knowledgeable. She pointed out issues that the other companies did not take the time to mention. Which made us feel very comfortable to do business with. The install team that was sent over where even better. Ryan and Mike made the entire prosses pleasent and vertualy stress free. The has a abundance of knowledge and took the time to answer any question we had. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Keep up the good work.
