    Tankless water heater

    In-home visit arranged within a day after I called and estimates given on the same day of visit. Questions were answered before deciding on installation. Installation crew arrived on time and completed the installation professionally and well done. Will recommend Convertible to others.

    Excellent Heating & A/C company

    Excellent Sales, Service, and Installation. The Sales person was clear, concise and pertinent with product and rebate information. The installation was professional, neat and courteous. This company and product offer great value!

    New Furnace and Tankless Water Heater, Humidifier and Air Cleaner

    Marnie and her team of installers did a great job. Removed the old water heater and put it in my car so I could return it and become rent free! Very clear workers and an excellent clean install. Convertible worked with our schedule and was very flexible. Great Work

    Tankless water heater

    We were looking to replace our tank water heater, we were renting, with a tankless model. Called Convertible and got an appointment the next day for an onsite quote. Chris called me beforehand to say he was on his way. I asked Chris about the two different companies I was considering and he did an inspection and indicated that both were possible. He did not try to upsell, was very honest and I asked him for a recommendation between the two and he gave me his opinion. I would say the quote I received was very competitive. The installers arrived on time and completed the job in the time they had indicated. They were meticulous. First time I have done business with Convertible and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again and recommend them to others. Great company to deal with.

    A/C Outdoor Unit

    Satisfied with the 2 Gentlemen and tried the unit before they left and was working well. I will recommend your company to friends and neighbours because the service was great.

    Rinnai Tankless Water Heater Installation

    From meeting with the sales person Christopher and the installation guys Adam and Adam it was a great experience. Everyone was very knowledgeable an very courteous. It has been a pleasure dealing with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning, I highly recommend them. What a team....keep up the Great work. Tony

    Tankless water heater

    I just had my tankless water heater replaced by Chris’ team. Chris was very helpful and patient prior to the installation. I was given a great price and the installers (Rick and David) were very efficient and considerate. I would definitely recommend Convertible Heating and Air. Thank you.

    high efficiency furnace install

    Excellent installation by technicians and excellent new furnace. Technicians were courteous, quick, and very neat. They installed the unit with all external piping very unobtrusive. Better than expected. Also, they removed all work debris and swept up after the install. Their costs also were slightly cheaper than other quotes. What's not to like? Convertible also installed my tankless water heater about a year ago. Same quality work done back then.

    AC, furnace, and HWT replacement

    We just had all three: AC, furnace, and HWT replaced by Chris's team in April of 2018 and have been satisfied with all units as well as the installation. After speaking and reviewing quotes from 5 HVAC salesmen a friend of mine (he got his furnace replaced last year) recommended Convertible Heating and Air and gave me Chris phone number. I called and meet Chris at my home. He was genuine, honest, and didn't try to up sell. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris's company for HVAC installation - so far an excellent experience.

    Furnace and tankless Hot water heater

    I originally called in for a quote for a tankless water heater and decided to also upgrade my furnace to a high efficiency dual stage furnace. I was given a great price for both items. Installers were fast and very efficient. I would recommend Convertible Air for any of your hvac requirements.
