    Excellent Service!!!

    My furnace broke down last Sunday, then I called few contractors to get the quotations. Chris from convertible was very quick to respond to my request for a quote, he visited my home to assess and gave a reasonable price for installation of Furnace and AC together at the same time. The quote was 30% less than the other's quote. He got us an excellent deal and also initiated Energy audit to obtain provincial govt's rebate. On the day of the installation David and Craig did an excellent job by taking down my old furnace and AC and installing new ones within 4 hours. That's amazing! They were very efficient and knowledgeable. Excellent service!!!

    Sale and installation of a new High Effeciency furnice and humidifer

    This is a second time we use Convertible , as we have used their service few years ago to update our central Ac. Chris and his team are very knowledgeable. Chris came for an in-home quote. the price is very competitive.During installation, some difficulties occured, related to the removal of the old gas pipe, and the two gente were very accomodative and professional. They finished the work on time, with diligence. They made sure no mess remains on the floors and left the house very clean. I will use their services again, eventually to upgrade from whater heater tank to a tankless heater.

    New gas furnace

    My furnace broke down last Saturday morning but thanks to Convertible we had a new one running by Tuesday afternoon (and it could have been Monday if I had been available that day). Marnie was super quick to respond to my request for a quote, she asked me a couple of questions to understand my situation and within a few minutes I had an idea of the cost and timeline involved. She got us an excellent deal, and pointed out additional ways to save by taking advantage of an energy audit. She offered to reimburse me for three space heaters I bought to keep us warm until the new furnace was in place. On the day of the install, Adam and Adam (!) did an excellent job swapping out my new furnace for a new one. They were very efficient and knowledgeable, and went to the trouble of explaining how to best set up my thermostat to take full advantage of the new device. Excellent service, and at least $2,000 cheaper than the competition!

    HVAC rpelacement

    We are repeat customers having previously used the same company more than 15 years earlier. We planned to upgrade our furnace and AC to higher efficiency equipment. Excellent service from a very responsive contractor. Very happy with the sales and installation team.

    New furnace

    Convertible switched me from oil to gas 18 year's ago and came back with another timely and excellent installation when we needed a new furnace this winter.....same great service and attention to detail by all departments....

    Fantastic Service

    Our furnace kicked out on a fairly frigid weekend - and we have a one year old. We called Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning and they were incredible. We didn't even have to mention that we had a baby or were in a rush or anything...they simply said that they could help us out right away. Chris was here the same day and our furnace was installed the next day. Chris even lent us space heaters to ensure the key areas (baby's room) was nice and warm until the new furnace was installed. All in all, the service was fantastic. The cost and installation was reasonable and Chris helped us get some money back through a grant program. Without hesitation, I would recommend Chris and Convertible Heating!

    ac installation

    contractor arrived at our home very promptly, reviewed the unit to be installed and answered questions to my satisfaction. We were able to schedule the installation date for 48 hrs after quotation. crew arrived at my home right on time the day of installation and installation was completed in just over 3 hours. They tested the unit, reviewed everything with me and cleaned up before they left...a very efficient crew. Overall, the process was quick and painless.

    Furnace Replacement

    I am so far very satisfied with Convertible Air. I saw their ad in a home magazine, called and spoke to one of the partners, who gave me quickly the information I needed. A sales person was sent to my home in the same day, to assess installation conditions and size of the heater. He left me a quote, and once I decided they installed in the very next day. The installer was very professional. The heater is working fine.

    Replacement AC Unit

    Great service - from the quick, straight forward and complete quote to the professional installation process. The installers showed up exactly on time and worked efficiently. They were clearly very experienced and the work was done as promised. The installers took the time to explain everything we needed to know. And nice guys to boot!     New Furnace

    I had a service contract with one of the big name companies. My furnace stopped working and the big name company technician red flagged my furnace as the heat exchanger was cracked. Only option was to fix the heat exchanger at a huge cost or get a new furnace. Since it is still winter, I needed to have the furnace replaced right away. Called Convertible at 4:00pm and they had someone come out 3 hours later for a quote on a new unit. I accepted that quote later that evening - The big name companies quote for the same equipment was 50% higher. At 8:30am the next morning the technicians were here installing the new furnace and by lunch time my house was warmed right up. The technicians were very nice and efficient. Very happy with the work done.
