    Oil Tank to Gas Conversion

    Decided to go with Convertible Air for a full Oil Tank to Gas conversion, as well as A/C upgrade. Starting from our initial meeting with Mike, all the way through to installation & coordinating with Enbridge (we didn't have a gas line), we found the whole team to be professional, timely, tidy, and the most affordable of the 3 quotes we obtained. Truly pleased with these guys, and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

    new furnace

    great service, professional service with quick installation and courteous installers. answered all my questions with well informed answers and left the installation site with no mess and took old unit with them. thank you for your service.

    FURNACE REPLACEMENT!

    From the initial inquiry about purchasing a new furnace, Marney was extremely polite, patient and knowledgeable in helping us meet our need. In arranging for a sales consultant to come and meet with us, Michael was also very personable and patient in understanding our requirement. In personalizing the job as if it was to be done at his house, his knowledge of the products he was recommending was exactly what we required. The Installation was also done with professionalism.     Professional team, fully satisfied

    I had about 5 quotes for tankless water heater installation from other companies and this was the best. All my questions were answered in details. There was a small issue with my existing furnace that affected the water heater installation, however installers gave me a couple of options to resolve it. Perfect team and highly responsible

    Tankless water heater installation

    Always a go-to choice when I need a major HVAC appliance installed - they are knowledgeable, quick, helpful and reasonably priced - what more can you ask for. For the most recent purchase/installation, I had four (!) visits from a major equipment rental company, as I was considering a rental at first - only for them to tell me it can't be done (something about complicated venting, etc.). The guys from Convertible handled it with no sweat in a heartbeat - it's all about the expertise! I would highly recommend this company.

    Furnace repair

    My furnace stop working this weekend. I called Convertible on Sunday evening. I didn't look for any other company as I had a very good experience with them in the past. This company is all about good and professional service. Roge came the next day, examined the problem and after 24 hours I have the heat back in my home. Roge was kind, professional, and punctual . Thank you very much, Roge! Best experience and fair prices.

    Furnace Replacement

    I'm a return customer to Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. I was very happy with their work and pricing regarding our air conditioner two years so when on a very cold Superbowl Sunday our furnace broke, we immediately called Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. A service call was placed and received the same day and even-though it was very late in the evening, Marnie called us back and explained various options and prices to purchase a new furnace. She was very empathic to our needs and offered to loan us space heaters until the new furnace could be installed to keep us warm during the extreme cold weather! Thankfully, the new Amana furnace was installed the very day! Adam & Adam were very polite, courteous and professional; they were respectful to us and our home.

    Furnace & A/C replacement.

    After a couple of quote, I decide to replace my 15 years old Furnace & A/C with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.(Amana Furnace 80,000 BTU 96% 2 Stage. Amana A/C up to 18 seer 2 Ton.) Michael is a HVAC Consultant, He give me all the information related to the heating & cooling of my house. He also arrange the energy auditor for me. He is very knowledgeable about heating & Air Conditioning. Thank you. The crews that completed the installation were professional. Thank you. I would very please to recommend this Company.

    Furnace + AC Unit Replacement

    My furnace started dying in mid January, and with the AC dead for about five years I decided to replace them both. I went to five different suppliers - all selected based on the HomeStars reviews - to find the best price, a solid warranty and, what is even more important for me, the best attitude. Convertible Air not only had the lowest price for products I was looking for (60K BTU, 96% efficiency, 2-stage furnace + 2T AC with SEER rating of 13 or higher), but Chris also answered all my questions and really worked with me on the offering, including a short evaluation visit, to make sure there would be no surprising extras later. We had to reschedule the job once, but when the crew showed up (on time) the installation went really quickly and smoothly - three and a half hours after they arrived the technicians were done. They set up the new thermostat and tested the furnace, explained the warranty registration procedure to me, packed up and were gone, leaving the work area spotless. Highly recommended. Paul J AC unit could not be tested - it was too cold outside for the compressor to work properly - but the furnace works great: quietly and efficiently.

    Furnace Replacement

    Our furnace was old and performing poorly so we decided to have it replaced. Marnie came the same day and recommended a few options, factoring in price and performance. We ended up choosing a high performance unit, that was installed the next day. The crew that completed the installation were professional, worked quickly and cleaned up well. Would recommend!
