    Furnace & A/C

    Sam,Chris and the Installers were easy to deal with.Answered all my questions.Price was reasonable.New equipment working great so far.Would definitely recommend this company.Thanks to all involved for a wonderful experience.

    Air Conditioner

    Thank you for the fabulous Amana Air Conditioner, it works very well! The price was fantastic and the installers were amazing. My new home is complete. I will definitely recommend Convertible Heating and Air to everyone.

    Air condition unit

    I would recommend this company to my friends and family excellent service. They had a consultant meet with us first to discuss our options. Michael is very pleasant and was able to help us in less time than we thought. The person who did the job was also amazing they kept their word and my Air condition was up and running in no time. Overall excellent, excellent service!!

    A/C Repair

    Had my air conditioner go out one of the hottest day of the year. With a seven month old son, this could be a dangerous situation. I called Convertible early in the morning and received a call shortly after from Raj, one of their technicians. Raj arrived and resolved the issue in under 20 minutes. Amazing job! I would definitely recommend Convertible to any of my friends and family. Great work, Raj! Thanks from Ray (& son!)

    Furnace Replacement

    Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning were great to deal with. The sales rep arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. We were able to place the order that same evening and schedule the install for the following week. The installers arrived on time and were polite and careful in there work. They even laid down runners through the hall ways and down the stairs so as not to dirty up the floors. Overall, a great experience!

    Furnace Replacement

    We contacted your company after reading other company flyers and we also had an air condition installed by your company several years ago. Your consultant Michael was very helpful in assisting us on the selection of the right furnace for our home and explained the rebate for us. We watched the installers do their job with skill and professionalism and they answered all our questions as they went along. "hats off to them". We will certainly recommend your company to others and our thanks to all. keep up the good work.

    AIR CONDITIONER

    Thankyou for taking the extra time in answering back even when it’s after hours You may have to put up with complaints I’m sure but you and your staff always polite and professional Thanks for the time in getting the A/C installed and working

    Replacing A/C and Furnace

    Great service from the very beginning was in contact with Marnie for a quote and she come by did her walk through. she then gave me a quote on a different product. After ask her question after question and getting a very details and prompt answer i decided to go with american standard. When the installers showed up to do the job it got even better. they had great knowledge of the product and was very nice and explained everything. Very professional. I am very happy with the install job very clean and it looks like they took extra time to make everything had a place and tucked out of the way. Even after the install was complete and i had more question Marnie was there to answer them and again going the extra mile to give very detailed answers.

    New Furnace

    From the first phone call I made to inquire about getting a new furnace the owner of the company spoke and chatted with me and made arrangements for his son Chris to come over and check out our situation. Chris went over everything right down to what our out of pocket expense would be. I called back within a day and four days later installation of new furnace took place. The guys that showed up were great and kept me informed about what they had to do or not and did not proceed until talking to me. The job took them a little longer to complete as it is an older home so they adjusted accordingly to get pipe to run across beams to outside wall. Everything went great and looking forward to turning on our new furnace in the fall/winter. Thanks again.

    Furnace replacement

    Christopher and his team over at Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning were very efficient from coming and providing a quote to confirming the new furnace and install. If there is one thing I have to fault them on and where they lose a star in my opinion is that they didn’t communicate to me that they were going to be running late. I understand emergencies come up but it would have been nice to have a heads up as to how late they were going to be. Instead I had to call and find out when they were coming in. Other than that the removal of the old furnace and the install of the new one went very smoothly and they were done within 2-3 hours. Would gladly use and recommend them to family and friends for their competitive pricing and efficiency.
