Everyone at this company has been helpful, From the day we called to inquire after getting a flyer and still months after install when we called with questions. When I called them (along with several competitors) the woman who answered the phone was the most friendly and genuine compared to other companies, and didn't seem pushy. She gave the information asked and just made things simple.
They were accommodating to our schedules in their busy time for AC (spring) and Mike always made time to come to the house or answer calls when we needed information.
We had a few other estimates and Convertible not only came out among the best price but Mike (Edwards) also truly seemed honest and genuine in his advice and recommendations, as well as not being pushy or putting the pressure on to make a decision. The other guys we got estimates from were either way more money (think double) or they seemed far less knowledgeable and/or slimy, just trying to get a sale.
Convertible made things simple and easy to understand and we felt they appreciated us as customers, and that we could trust them both before and after install.
Due to finances, we didn't end up installing last year but as spring approached this year we absolutely knew who we wanted to buy from. Mike had no problem coming back a second time to review things and finalize it, even though we didn't buy before. They squeezed in an install appointment for us just before the government rebate period was ending/changing and saved us extra money that way too! They also honoured their pricing when other companies were jacking up prices as customers desperately wanted the work done in time for the goverment rebate. Integrity!
We weren't able to do the furnace at the same time as we would have liked, and we worried because some companies charge more to upgrade both seperately instead of together, but Convertible just charges a fair price for each, regardless of when they're installed, so we know who to call when we're ready for the furnace next year!
