Hello sir, I appreciate your opinion but it's important for you to know that we were not able to do a full leak test on your air conditioner because you have a deck built all around it so we cannot check the condenser for leaks. Also, we cannot check the Copper line set because it is underneath the deck you built so the only piece we had access to check is the evaporator coil near the furnace and that piece is fine there is no leak there We spent many hours and a lot of our own money using leak test kits and nitrogen and Freon to discover where you are leaking Freon from but our technician said he could not help you anymore because we do not have access to the condenser Period. We didn't give up sir. You know that. There is no other reason that we don't want to help you or that we are not capable of helping you- it's simply that we cannot get to the unit. if you remove the deck and give us access to the condenser and the copper line set then we can test further. There is a good chance that the Copperline set had a nail go through it And the money that has been paid to us to date to do all of this work should have been kept by us because it was paid for services and time and equipment that we have spent fixing your air conditioner But because we are nice honest and good people we chose to refund you all your money- no other company would do that I called you this weekend to discuss this matter, but instead of getting to speak to you to solve it professionally I get to read this It's very disappointing We've been looking after you for a long time.
