    Central Air Conditioning

    I would like to thank Pete the Sales Rep for providing several options for choosing an A/C unit. Very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Ali the installer was excellent the installation was well done and completed in a short time. The job site was all cleaned and the old A/C was disposed. I would recommend Convertible Air to anyone.

    AC replacement

    This is our third time using Convertible for different needs (furnace, tankless hot water heater and AC). As with our previous interactions, the response was quick, straight forward and installation scheduled quickly. The installers were very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and accommodated our request to move the outdoor portion (fan) to a different location so it would not be visible from our window. They laid tarp all the way from the front door to the furnace room and were respectful of our space. We will continue to recommend Convertible to our friends and neighbours!

    A/c furnace

    I am extremely pleased with convertible they did a fabulous job they're very friendly and very reasonably priced I would highly recommend them

    New Air conditioner install

    Had a installation of an Air conditioning unit put in a house with no prior a/c. Called Convertible for a estimate. The job was quoted, booked and completed in less than a week. The workers came out early and managed to get the job done in a few hours even though it was raining. They even put down carpet to keep the floors clean while working. They were efficient and polite. They did a wonderful job!. A/C is working great and will definitely recommend this company.

    AC installation

    I would like to thank Pete, the sales Rep, for explaining the different options when choosing an A/C, and for providing a competitive price, which made the decision process a lot easier. Regarding the installation, I would like to thank Ali for providing an efficient and well executed job. I would recommend Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone in the market for A/C.     Furnace and AC

    Excellent Service from Convertible Heating and Cooling. Chris has a good knowledge of his products. He took his time explaining what is best for my house. Installation was quick I got booked in 2 days later our conversation. Installation was quick done within few hours. Nice and clean work. Will recommend to friends and family.

    Tankless Water Heater and Furnace Replacement

    AC replacement / installation

    Chris and Pete are very professional and provided very clear explanation on the different services and options available. The work started on time and finished as expected and they cleaned up after the work. Very satisfied with the service provided and the result of the AC stand I requested. Will definitely call them again for my heating needs in the future and refer to family/friends.

    AC Replacement

    We had a AC replacement recently, we are so happy with their service. First of all, when we asked the price for new one, there is no other annoying ads. They just asked how big the house is, and installing a new ac first time or replacing with new one. Then they told us the price right away. When we called other companies, they always tell us, send a sales person to my house then he or she will explain things... for us it is very annoying. Second, it was very fast to get the service and the workers are very Professional. We are so satisfied with this service, and if we have any other issues with heating and cooling, I will definitely contact them to get services. Never regret.

    Great company to deal with for tankless water heaters

    We were very satisfied with our experience with Convertible Heating and Air in the purchase and installation of our tankless hot water heater. The person we spoke with during the initial phone call was friendly and helpful, and Chris was great when giving us an in-home estimate, including explaining our options and what to expect. Installation was scheduled very quickly, and the installers were polite, efficient, and left the house in clean condition. Would definitely recommend this company.
