    Air conditioner purchase and installation

    Convertible heating and air conditioning exceeded my expectations when it came to my quote and negotiations. I was very happy with the price. I needed the AC unit asap as the weather was stating to warm up quick. I contacted Christopher and he helped me out right away and promptly got me an appointment to get my AC unit installed within 2 days. I was pleased that me living in Wasaga beach didnt affect them being able to service me. They were able to accommodate.The installer was also very friendly and helped suggest the best place to install my unit. It is working very well and my house it nice and cool. I am very happy with the overall customer service and my product.

    Tankless Water Heater

    Installed a tankless water heater in 2018. Replaced heat exchanger in 2022. Heat exchanger leaked again in May, 2024. The manufacturer requires water analysis before replacing the heat exchanger. Thank goodness for the Convertible on my side to fight for a new water heat replacement. A better model was installed in June 2024. Very happy and appreciate what the Convertible do for the customer.

    Emergency AC replacement

    When my AC broke down during the first hot days, Chris came by and offered a competitive quote, arranging for an emergency replacement the next business day. The installation service was professional, and the technician was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend Convertible Air!

    Exceptional Sales and Installation Services

    Was impressed with the competitive pricing for the heat pump and the variety of options available. Ali handled the installation professionally, tailoring the setup to meet my specific needs and expectations. The job was completed within a day, with thorough testing afterward. Overall very satisfied with the services provided by Convertible Air and highly recommend them!

    Air Conditioner Replacement

Their team did an outstanding job, not only with the initial installation but also in addressing any follow-up issues that arose, all without any additional costs. Throughout the process, they maintained a friendly and communicative approach, ensuring that I felt well-informed and valued as a customer. Fast forward to June 2024, and after thoroughly researching several vendors, I decided to once again entrust Convertible with my home's needs this time, for the replacement of my air conditioning unit. The primary reason for my decision was the exceptional service provided by Marnie, who took the time to have a 20-minute phone conversation with me. During our chat, she not only listened attentively to understand my family's specific requirements but also educated me on the various options available. This personalized approach stood in stark contrast to the impersonal price sheets often emailed by other companies. What should be a basic courtesy in the service industry often comes across as an extra effort, but in this case, Marnie's dedication to understanding my needs was the deciding factor in my selection process.     New AC Installation

    I purchased a new AC for my home through salesmen Michael. He was very friendly and honest in his assessment of the AC needs for my home, and I was happy to sign a purchase deal. Rick installed the AC, he was very professional, friendly and efficient. Happy to recommend this company.

    heating and airconditioning

    I had the company first have a technician come to see my old furnace, then he made some suggestions. I then called his boss to send me a quote, and they delivered it to my home, and I was very satisfied with their phone conversations, and the gentleman that came was EXCELLENT. Then I decided I would definitely want my new furnace and airconditioner with convertible. The texts were always returned, and they answered my questions. Pleasant people, and know how to talk nicely to customers. They installed my equipment, and were very tidy, and efficient, and took away everything, and my home was left very nicely. They explained things to me, and if I have any issues to call them. I am pleased and I know I will recommend them to anyone getting any air conditioner, furnace, etc. Thank you and I hope I have great success and I look forward to maintaining my equipment, and talking to you again! 123

    Very poor service

    I got Anthony to come out and diagnose the issue with my AC. He thought that is most likely one part that he has to order. He charged me $140 for the diagnosis and then disappeared. Multiple follow up requests resulted in either getting full message machine on his part or head office saying that he is waiting for the part. I waited a month before moving to a different provider. Dont deal with these people if you have small projects. Perhaps you are not worth it to them.

    Hi Anton, unfortunately, this isn't a true representation of us at all. Diagnostics are always 120+ tax which is what you paid. We are still waiting for the part. We didn't just disappear. The part is not available yet. Unfortunately, following Covid a lot of manufacturers are still slow with their parts supply.     AC, all good.

    Salesman Michael had no pressure, good facts, explained alternatives, very cost effective, next day installation. very satisfied and good reviews also.

    Full home system replacement FURNACE CENTRAL AIR

    We needed a complete system replacement, and we were referred by several of our friends and we checked homestars. Family business. Long time. Hands on. Marnie, (GM), knows her business. She came and gave us a thorough evaluation, then a detailed proposal with various options to consider. Answered everything. As soon as we were ready, the next week, their install team came in and handled everything expertly. -they were careful, protective carpeting etc, they explained the technology, Kamil (15yrs there) and Steve were highly experienced and professional, they were done in a day. They ensured that our new units were perfect, they programmed it with us, and left us running cool fresh air. All guaranteed. This is the type of company that makes sure someone is available to help you when you call, their office is excellent. The quote was highly competitive, but the service & their expertise are the best value for us. Weather extremes? Were covered.
