    Air Condition Installation

    The HVAC consultant Michael was very pleasant to deal with. He answered all my questions and provided me with useful information which air conditioner to select. He took time to explain everything in great detail. The installers were also very friendly and knowledgable. They also answered any questions I had. The reason I gave only 4/5 stars was I wish the taping around the A/C pipe was done more neatly. I would still recommend this company to friends and family for their service and punctuality.

    Replacing Furnace, AC, HWT

    We needed to replace our 35 years old furnace, 20 years old AC and 15 years old HWT. After reviewing various companies we decided to go with Convertible Air folks. Marnie dropped by the next day and we reviewed how to replace existing furnace, etc. Marnie listened to our needs and offered what was the best option for us. Convertible Air was the first and the only company we contacted and I am very glad that we did. No pressure approach of Marnie was commendable. Marnie also, arranged for external company to drop by and review our existing furnace, etc which took place a couple of days after she left. Next week Kemar and Eric dropped by and it took them two full days to replace everything and what an excellent job they did. Their attention to details was remarkable and they kept us informed throughout installation process. I am extremely happy with the outcome of new installation and highly recommend Convertible Air.     One of a kind service

    The service we recieved from Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning was superb from the start - with Chris coming to our home and providing us with all the information and options we would need - to the end, where 2 installers came in and worked their way with no problems, in the warm weather! We even asked them to move our AC from its orignal spot and they moved it no extra charge. Undoubtedly, I know and look forward to doing more bussiness with Convertible Heat & AC in the future. 100% reccommended to everyone I know!

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    We had a great experience and Mike came to meet with us when it was convenient for us! He was knowledgeable and courteous and was not pushy at all. Lamar and Eric arrived on time and were friendly,professional and explained everything about the installation. They were tidy and the job was done in a day. Overall we had a positive experience and would recommend Convertible Air to our friends and family!

    Replacement Central Air Conditioner

    I found Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning in a printed advertisement and called for an AC quote on a Saturday morning at 8:30am to receive a very informed and instant estimate for what I needed. We had quotes from 2 other very big companies that were much higher with multiple attempts to upsell us other products or rental agreements. We felt very comfortable with Mike, who responded very very quickly, honestly and professionally.

    central air

    Had very friendly complete service - nice people. Would recommend. and the service was fast. Came in and were tidy and polite. Very happy with the service and the product is working well.

    3 Ton AC Unit Install

    Have used this company 3 times for my AC units. Overall, a great experience. Everyone at the head office as well as installer was a pleasure to work with. Our only complaint (and its minor) clean up after install could have been better.

    Air Conditioner Replacement

    I totally recommend Convertible Heating & Air!! I shopped around a fair amount before I decided on Convertible. They were among the most affordable and were most certainly the friendliest to deal with. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and he really knows his stuff. I was able to put a deposit on my purchase and they held the unit until I wanted it installed in late spring. The installer arrived on time (a few minutes early actually) and was very pleasant. He was very informative, fast and efficient! He provided a few tips and trick on how to keep the house cool too. It's been a few weeks since the install and we are all enjoying the cool air immensely!

    Home furnace

    WE are very happy with installation and product. Installer was clean and tidy. He also cleaned the air conditioner tubes which needed this. Overall, we are very happy with the service.

    Heating and Air conditioning Service

    After realizing that my furnace was not functioning and going through all the companies in the market, I trusted this company for fixing my problem. With great service and providing complete satisfaction of the installation, I knew I had made the correct decision in choosing this company. As an example of their great customer service, they even called me for asking if everything was in order which really was an icing to the cake. I would recommend this company to everyone with problem with their heating and air conditioning problems.
