    New Furnace

    Went with Convertible Air after getting numerous quotes. Dealt with Mike who was beyond professional he followed up with me after he didn't hear from me to answer any further questions I had. When it came to the install, the 2 guys that came in were professional, got the job done quicker then expected. When they left I thought I would have had a big cleanup job but nope, they did it all. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. They were not the least expensive but I did receive a high quality product and excellent service

    A New Air Conditioning Unit

    After contacting several air conditioning companies and getting quotes on various units we decided to meet with Chris Amodeo from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. His father, Sam, the 74 year old founder of the company which has been in business for 50 years, set-up our meeting with his son Chris who has been working for his dad for 17 of those years. We were very satisfied with the timeliness of our order and the delivery process. Their installer was professional and knew what he was doing. We were very pleased with the workmanship and tidiness of this installation and look forward to many years of air conditioned bliss. Do not hesitate to contact Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning. You will not regret it.

    Furnace & Tankless Water Heater Installation

    Convertible recommended exactly the products we needed for the size of our home. Great, professional service at a good price. Very punctual, and made a minimum of mess during the installation. It took slightly longer than anticipated (1.5 days instead of 1 as planned), but this didn't result in any great inconvenience to us.

    New AC, Furnace and Humidifier setup

    Install new AC unit and replace furnace with new furnace + humidifier From day one my wife and I have had nothing but great experiences with this family run company. Sunday afternoon – I called the office and got Sandy on the afterhours line who was very courteous and took my information and then referred me to his daughter, Marnie. Not “call back when we’re open”. Marnie met with us at our home. She was flexible with meeting our time restrictions as we live in Toronto and met her in Whitby at our home. She was also the only HVAC professional that looked at our home as a complete ecosystem and was not "just" selling an AC, Furnace and Humidifier individually like the competition. As we are new at this, there were many options to consider. We were taken through the process of choosing a system that met our needs, educated on maintenance options and rebate programs that were also available. This was a friendly conversation, not rushed in and out like a car salesman. Zero pressure. We received the detailed quote within the week and compared it to the competition. There was no hard decision as we knew that we had gotten the best deal. We e-mailed Marnie to accept the quote and a week later Kemar and Eric arrived onsite to complete the installation. Talk about smooth. Kemar knew his stuff as he, my contractor, and I were discussing the installation / options of the furnace intake and exhaust. He ensured that I was fully satisfied and even went above and beyond to level the pedestal that the AC unit would sit on using bricks and gravel we had at the house. Having worked in the customer service and support fields for many years. I applaud this company from start to finish. We will continue to refer them and will be happy lifetime customers. Keep up the hard work!

    Central Air Replacement

    This was my first big home-related purchase since buying my home. This company was great from start to finish: From my first conversations with Marnie through the installation of my new Unit and Coil, everyone was friendly, informative and professional. This company offered a competitive price and an excellent product. In particular, I recommend contacting Convertible if you are, like me, a female homeowner unfamiliar with the mechanics of your home. I am particularly impressed by the fact that my after-installation questions were answered as promptly as those I had before I paid! I rarely make recommendations but feel no hesitation in recommending this company.

    New Air Conditioner

    Shopped around to replace my existing Air conditioner unit. Homestar was honest in what my home would or would not need (a few companies tried to upsell me on units with far more power than my home would need. New unit was installed quickly, cleanly, and works great. Huge thanks to Marnie for her service, Dieter for a worry-free installation, and everybody at Convertible Air for a job well done!

    Repeat customet - new air conditioner

    This was my second time dealing with Convertible Air. Chris was prompt in providing the quote and setting up the installation. Dieter did the installation as scheduled and he did a great job! My overall feedback for anyone considering Convertible Air is that what you see is what you get - they don't over or under promise anything. Good group of people to do business with.

    Gas furnace /AC replacement

    The installers began to work straight since we removed the ceiling tiles in advance. They worked efficiently and completed the job by good team work. Some negative comments: left cigarette butts/ messed the floor with black glue. Over all, we are very satisfied.

    Good Customer Service - Did the little things

    I really did my homework looking for a new furnace and AC. the brand I wanted is installed by Convertible. I reached out for a quote, and they were very reasonable (the lowest of all the quotes I had). They are laid back, i never felt pressured. Mike (the sales rep) answered all of my questions. He did his best to get my install scheduled before a heatwave (my baby appreciated it). The installers were very helpful and respectful. In and out, got the job done and cleaned up.

    New AC

    Best price of all the quotes I received. Marnie came out to the house to price the job and the installation was scheduled within a few days after we decided to go ahead. Installation went smoothly; the guys were respectful and friendly.
