    Air Conditioner and Furnace Installation

    I needed to replace my old furnace and air conditioner in a tight and poky furnace room. I was recommended Convertible by a neighbour and was pleased with their service. Mike was able to set up an appointment for a quote before the end of the same day I called, and I was booked within a few days. The two installation guys, Adam and Adam, were very pleasant to deal with, kept me up to date on how things were going and did a great job. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Convertible for a furnace or air conditioner installation and would use them again.

    Replaced Air Conditioner

    I called Convertible to replace our A/C unit because they had replaced our furnace about 10 years ago at our previous home and have used them ever since for our HVAC needs. This time, I didn't call around for a second quote. They sent one of their sales consultants, Mike, to see what work had to be done and made suggestions to us and answered all the questions we had. The A/C unit install was done by Toby and Drew. They had drop sheets to cover the stairs and hardwood floor and also along the outside of our house so they wouldn't track in any mud. Also, they both answered any and all questions and we tested the unit before they left. We are always pleased with their work and pricing and are left with the feeling that we got great value for the money! Thanks Again. Mike & Laura.

    New Furnace and A/C Replacement

    We were referred to Convertible and have been very pleased with the entire process. From the initial call into their office, to the sales call, through to the removal and installation of the new Furnace and A/C, the entire experience was first rate. Great service, greater value and clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Convertible to anyone looking to purchase a Furnace and Air Conditioner.

    Oil to Gas Switch - New furnace, A/C and tankless water heater

    We wanted to replace our oil furnace and electric water heater with natural gas. Of the 3 Homestar companies that service Hamilton that I called for estimates Convertible was the only one interested in doing business. Mike came and discussed all the options and what needed to be done. The A/C was getting old too and were told a new one would work better with the new furnace. Branden the installer was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, did a very professional job and accommodated our requests for placement / venting ensuring it was doable and to code / spec. The basement oil tank was also removed. Everything worked flawlessly when the equipment was fired up. We are very happy to have gone with Convertible and would not hesitate recommending them for any job big or small.

    Amana AC Unit

    I needed a new AC unit and remembered who installed the defunct unit 18 years ago and figured if this one lasted this long I should call the original company, Convertible. Marnie was very helpful and answered all of my many questions and emails with a lot of patience. Dave the installer was very professional and clean with the job. Thank you once again for all your help, great job.

    A/C Installation

    "Convertible Air" was recommended by a neighbour and I called Marnie for a quote -- she spent quite a bit of time on the phone explaining the different models - prices were very competitive and I never felt any pressure to buy from them. The unit was installed today (April 27/17) and the staff were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company.

    Tank less Water Heater Instalment

    I requested quotes to replace my hot water tank. Mike came on my first available date for an assessment, he was great and answered all our questions. He recommended and offered us a very reasonable price for "Noritz NRC 711, 94% Efficiency Mike also was very helpful in providing us a quick installation appointment. Two technicians who did the installation were very professional and knew their job very well. Thank you, Kamil & James. We were quiet satisfied with the installation except that I wish Chris would have recommended for a bigger tank. This tank it seems is not good for even two showers if used simultaneously. I would still highly recommend "Convertible"

    Water heater installation

    Great job -- showed up quickly and on-time, nice install, reasonable price. Installer was able to get the water heater in to a pretty tight space -- what more could you want?

    New Furnace & A/C

    I found their salesperson very informative and helpful in making my selection of the Goodman furnace and Air Conditioner. Their technicians came on time for the install and took time with their installation. They were helpful in explaining the workings of the equipment and were pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this company and their staff.

    dealing with any of the representatives of this company is a pleasure everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I've made several calls to sales staff with questions and every time ending leaving happy and satisfied and the installation staff was just as warm and friendly...great experience...
