    Air and furnace replacement

    I did a lot of calling around to get various quotes , some where higher and some lower but I decided that I like a local company with lots of experience that stands behind their product and their installations . Several brands and options where offered - no high pressure sales just great information . I will recommend this company and their service without hesitation.

    Furnace replacement

    MIchael, thank you for organizing the installation of our furnace last Thursday. Everything went perfect, your guys were great (even without the coffee), they completed the job efficiently, on time without any mess. The only comment I have is that the thermostat is in Fahrenheit and not in Centigrade which we were used to. Great job !

    New Furnace and Humidifier install

    The sales representative (Chris) and the installers were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and completed the job well within the allocated time. The installers cleaned up well and the furnace has been working fine since the install. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

    Furnace and Air Conditioning

    We were impressed from our first phone call, to the sales person at our home and then to the guys who came to install both units. Amazing customer service all around. Highly recommend this company.

    Furnace and air condition installation

    Hi All, Basically needed a new furnace and air conditioner. Shopped around and found the company Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. They came to my home and provided a quote on the spot that the competitors didn't even come close too. Service and Price that can't be beat Thank you

    Three Items in 2 days

    My parents had a furnace, water heater and A/C all changed. The two gentleman that came over to do the install were extremely professional and helpful. If the weather had been better all the work would have been completed in one day. We highly recommend them.

    Heating furnace replacement

    Our 15 year old furnace quit in the middle of October 2016 and we needed it to be replaced before the really cold weather started. It was the weekend and so I reviewed a selection of Heating & Air Conditioning companies and products online and had a short list of possible furnaces and suppliers to contact. I contacted Convertible Heating after the weekend and was given general pricing and options, over the phone. I then made an appointment with Chris, the sales representative for our area as the prices were very competetive compared to other suppliers. Chris gave me pricing and options for three different high efficiency furnace manufacturers and we selected an Amana. The weather was beginning to get colder so Chris scheduled the installation of the new furnace within 2 working days of our meeting. The installers arrived promptly on the Monday morning and within 3 hours the installation and clean-up was completed with warm air circulating throughout the entire house. I would highly recommend CONVERTIBLE for their product quality, pricing and efficiency of installation.

    New Furnace

    Furnace installed on time and working great!! Hubby had some issues with the thermostat, but it was him not the actual part!! Mike our sales rep promptly answered many phone calls throughout the week!! It was not the equipment it was us!!!! We find the new furnace (Amana) so quiet.. We did check out other companies, but found Convertible gave us the best price!! It was a referral from a friend and I am so glad that I asked her what company she used!! Since our air conditioner was working fine, Mike suggested we not replace it at this time. When it does stop working we will phone Convertible Heating for replacement.. In talking with our neighbour he mentioned that he used Convertible Heating this past summer for his new air conditioner..

    I had several quotations and was satisfied with the price and professional presentation of the sales representative. The technicians/ installers were focused and completed the job quickly. Would happily recommend this family business.

    Furnace & Air Conditioning

    My husband and I shopped around for furnaces. We were looking for a professional as well as good pricing. Marny from Convertible was professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything wthout being pushy. Pricing was reasonable too compared to others we spoke to. The installation team did a very good job. They even cleaned up after the job was done. Will definitely recommend Convertible to my family and friends.
