    Replacement of furnace and air conditioning

    I received quotes from 6 companies for the replacement of our HVAC system. When Marnie ( the General Manager) came to gave me a quote, she provided me with some really useful information that NONE of the other companies who provided me with a quote, did. She is very competent and really showed that she is trustworthy. Second, the gentlemen who did the work were very professional, hard working and intent on doing the job properly. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

    Furnace and AC replacement

    Convertible lived up to all their promises. The installation of the Furnace and AC was done as quoted, on time, and to excellent quality workmanship. American Std. system is quiet and well made. Convertible advised on all incentive programs and also gave $1000 discount, offered from American Standard. I had 3 quotes before choosing a supplier and Convertible was the best value. All in all, a good experience.

    Furnace, A/C. Hot Water Tank replacement

    Furnace died. Called another company (referred to me) and got quote. Rec'd Convertible flyer and was amazed at their prices. Called & was connected very quickly with Mike. He came, he saw and he conquered!! Great knowledge of the industry, simple, straightforward removal and installation outline and answered all follow-up questions quickly. BEST of all, Mike and Convertible quote was MUCH less (almost 1/2!) The installers, Adam 1 and Adam 2, stopped by the day before to check access and were friendly, bright and eager to get to my job. Job was quoted as a 2-day job and it took 2 days and 1 hour! Adam and Adam and Josh left the place spotless and me with hot water, and a warm house. The team's communication was excellent. I would (and have already) referred them to friends. VERY HAPPY with Convertible!!

    Furnace Replacement

    Chris was very personable, and a pleasure to speak to. Installation was fast and professional. The technician was very skilled and personable as well. I will definitely refer Convertible Heating and Air to others.

    Furnace and Air-Conditioner installation

    I was looking for replacing my old mid efficiency furnace and Air-conditioner with the high efficiency one. After contacting and getting a number of quotes, I decided to go with Convertible, as the price was very competitive and the reviews I read were positive. In the first call Marnie answered all of my questions very professionally and explained to me all of the options. The installation team showed up on agreed time. Both tech’s Adam and Adam were very efficient and knowledgeable, completed the job very efficiently and removed all of the mess from installation. I am very pleased with their services and would be happy to recommend this company for someone looking for value and service.

    Purchase Water Heater

    Great service -within 2 days of requesting an in home assessment I had the water heater installed. There was no sales pressure and the workmen were on time, very nice and professional. No disruption between removing the rental unit and installing the new unit. I am very pleased- thank you Mike, Kemar and Eric. Car Harris

    Furnace and Air Conditioner replace

    After contacting a number of companies i decided to go with convertible as the price was very competitive and the reviews i read were mostly positive. michael answered all of my questions on numerous occasions. when the team showed up on installation day they were professional and knowledgeable completing the job and cleaning up. during the test of the units i was quite surprised at how quiet they operated. i would recommend this company for someone looking for value and service.

    Furnace replace

    i am happy with the replacement, the furnace work well which send the heat to the upper floor, less noise. after completed the replacement the technician clean the area he worked in and take all the garbage out.

    Furnace Replacement

    After interviewing with about 5 different companies. I came across Convertible - Mike, was thorough and the only person that came across genuine upon his visit. The members of the household who were not present while he was talking to us could tell that he would be the one we would choose, after also hearing the other gimmick companies. We wanted a new furnace, we got that with convertible they didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to buy without the pressure and hassle.
