Had an issue with the heating of my house after a furnace was installed, so I contacted Convertible and they said they would send someone out the next day. No one showed up, so I contacted them again and my sales rep said he would get someone on it, no one showed up again, it wasn't until I called back again that they finally got someone out to take a look. The technician said it wasn't the furnace it was the duct work, so again I called and asked for someone to be sent out to investigate what my issue was, they said they were busy and would send someone out in a couple of days, no one showed up, so I called the owner and he had the same technician come out again and change it from a 2 stage back to a 1. Made no difference, so I asked for a price on having a damper installed and never heard back. After sending an email questioning their company, they responded with a nasty email saying that this is costing them money to keep sending the same person out. So I called them and told them how many times I never received a call or no one showed up or that I would pay I didn't care, they back off and told me that our issue was as important as others and that's why they didn't come out. My only issue was that they didn't do what they said they were going to do and that they came and looked at our house and recommend a 2 stage when we only needed a 1 stage.
