    Upgraded Furnace, Humidifier and AC replacement - 2016

    My Heating and Air Conditioning System (HVAC) was installed recently in November 2016. The workmanship was very professionally done and the furnace sheet metal transition sections were practically perfect making air flow more efficient, much better installed than the old unit. The capacity was increased as recommended by the company and the heating performance is better than before. This company will always be my first choice and recommendation to others as there is a variety to choose from and the price is very reasonable. Additionally, the representative was very helpful and professional when presenting the system and continue to provide further assistance the installation. Deo Somaru. (Owner).

    Furnace and AC Replacement

    Heating in our house is so much better after having our furnace replaced. We haven't used the AC as it was recently installed so I can't make a comment yet. Adam & Craig were great and provided suggestions on some alterations that were required. Also appreciate that Chris honored the same pricing he provided us in the summer and compromised with the additional cost that came up during the installation.

    Install New Furnace & AC

    Chris is very knowledgeable, precise & pleasant to deal with. He gave me the best recommendation after identifying the pros & cons of each type of unit. He made my decision making easy & also gave me a price that none of my other quotes matched. The installers were also very educated & knew exactly what they were doing. They arrived early & completed the project ahead of time. Very friendly & showed me how to use all the different things. I am really happy & totally satisfied with Convertible. Thank you so much.

    Furnace & Air Conditioner

    I became interested in Covertible Air because the main office is located in my area of south Etobicoke. I found salesman Chris to be very knowledgeable, and helpful in answering my many questions. The cost seemed very reasonable & fair. The installation was completed by Dave & Craig, they seemed very experienced and professional in their work, & again they were happy to answer all my questions. I would recommend the services of Convertible Air to others.

    New High Efficiency Furnace

    In 2011 our air conditioner died and I found Convertibles ad in a mailbox flyer. A lovely gentleman named Ed came to our home and sold us our American Standard Air Conditioner. We've been very happy with its performance. Now we needed to replace our furnace. It was nearing 20 years old and we felt best to replace it now than it to need costly repairs or break down this winter. We knew where to call and Ed has retired so Chris came to Burlington and as with Ed he was a very professional pleasant representative and we purchased a new high efficiency American Standard Furnace. Adam and his apprentice installed out furnace 3 days ago. We are very pleased, Adam was able to slide it right into the duct work of our old furnace so it did not affect our laundry room layout or flooring !! It is as Chris said a quiet furnace with a cycling motor. A great added feature is the entirely sealed motor and parts so we don't need to worry about dust from our cats litter box in the same room. If you're looking for quality and great service call Convertible Heating and A/C. You won't be disappointed.

    Furnace, AC, Hot Water Tank Installation

    We recently purchased a house with an old furnace, air conditioning unit, and hot water tank, that needed to be replaced. We got quotes from a variety of providers, and Convertible offered by far the best price. Their General Manager came by our house, and conducted a detailed inspection prior to providing the quote. Scheduling the time for the installation was very easy, and open communication was maintained the entire time. Their crew showed up on time, and proceeded to lay down drop sheets to keep our carpet clean while they worked. They were police, efficient, and did not hesitate to provide clarification regarding what they were doing. They answered all of the questions that we had. The job site was left spotless, and the new units have been functioning perfectly. I would highly recommend Convertible to anyone looking for quality HVAC work to be done.

    Great Pricing & Wonderful Service when Replacing Furnace & Air Conditioning

    Although hard to believe after 53 Years my old furnace had to be replaced! Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning Inc., gave me the best pricing and service out there. Their salesman was excellent, he explained everything to me, recommended an economical unit and answered all of my questions. When I made the decision to go with Convertible, their installer was fast and efficient and again explained everything to me and answered all of my concerns. I would highly recommend this company, they are very professional and everything is included in the price that they give to you - no hidden extra charges - which makes them an excellent choice when considering replacing your units!

    Full HVAC System

    This firm was engaged to install a furnace, A/C, tankless water heater and, most important of all, the necessary duct work. This all happened in the spring time when all HVAC contractors were in high demand. While there was an erratic element to the sales-contracting phase, it was completed reasonably well considering the industry frenzy. The installation step proceeded essentially as scheduled and the crew did a great job. Roop, the chief workman, was very knowledgeable, competent and accommodating. He went the extra mile to ensure adequate ducting retro fitted to an older house. Well done.

    New Heating, Cooling, and Hot Water

    Chris was very dedicated and professional in figuring out the best equipment for our home. The Navien combi boiler provides hot water to our in floor heating, hydronic forced air and domestic water needs. The Amana A/C coil paired with the RedZone air handler work great. Tom got the new system installed and removed the old one without any issues. 100% recommendation.

    Heating and air conditioning and removal of oil tank.

    Very professional company to work with. Excellent friendly staff and we're always on time. Great clean up job and I was delighted with the final result. Would certainly this company and have already do so to our friends.
