    Central Air Condition Instalation

    Both installers were professional , they kept me informed on why they were doing what they did. Clean up was complete. If it wasn't for the new unit you wouldn't know they had been there. They reinforced the information that I had from the internet that most of the time it is the installation not the machine that causes breakdowns in the future. I feel comfortable with the work they did

    Service

    Convertible replaced our AC and we were very satisfied with the work that was completed. The AC was installed very quick and to my expectations. I would highly recommend Convertible.

    Fantastic Service

    My one year old air conditioner suddenly stopped working. I called Convertible as they had installed the unit and I had been pleased with their sales and installation service . Much to my surprise they were able to get a technician out and the problem was fixed within 4 hours. There was no problem with the unit itself but with a "surged wire". The very personable techs checked the wiring and the unit and I now have my much needed AC back ! I will certainly be using this company when I buy a new furnace.

    Furnace and air conditioner installation

    They were very helpful explaining options ahead of time. On the installation day, they were here promptly, were very friendly and left our house clean with a professional installation completed ahead of time. Very impressed!

    Furnace Installation

    I saw an advertisement for this company and decided to take a chance. I was not sorry as the installation men were efficent and helpful. They provided all information needed for registration and walked me through everything needed. I would highly recommend Convertible for quality service.

    Air conditioner and heating system installed

    very professional service men and sales person, Chris. installation was effeciently done with no mess and top notch workmsnship. the units are also quite and I was offered to replace the new unit location , which made a big difference in the usage of my walkway area as that is where the old unit was.

    Central Air Conditioning

    Convertible replaced our Furnace and now our central air conditioning unit. Jessie and Dan were friendly and pleasant. These guys are what service and professionalism is all about. I highly recommend this company.TX

    Friendly right from the beginning. Answered all questions and gave my advice on product lines. Assisted in all rebates and explained the process. Professional workers aiming to satisfy customers. Clean and efficient install. Pleasure working with the company.

    Amana 3 ton AC and April Air humidifier

    I was thoroughly pleased with this company's level of knowledge, service, and experience. They were very responsive and accessible via email and when I phoned to inquire further and book the appointment Sam answered all my questions. The installers knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this company and I'm more than satisfied with the value and quality of the product.

    Service

    Good AC, however the installation guy was 4 days late and and was going to come even later if i hadn't told him i was going to cancel it. AC air isn't the coolest but its not bad, there are areas of improvements.

We experienced some difficulties on arrival, which is why we had to re-book another day, you know it wasn't because we were not prepared to do the job. The subheat temperature on the gague reading of your address showed 12 degrees off the coil which is as cold as they can get.
