    New Air Conditioner Installation

    I needed a new unit installed for my central air service. Everyone at this company was very helpful, efficient and the price was great. I called a lot of companies, who gave me conflicting information. From the date I first called them to the date of installation was 5 days. The service men were very polite and they cleaned up after themselves. They also removed their shoes without being asked, which my wife really appreciated! I would definitely recommend this company!!!!

    AC installation

    Within a few days after calling Convertible, a salesman was sent to my home. He did a complete review of my AC needs and did not try to sell me on an AC that did not meet my needs. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The installers -(Adam and Adam) did a good job, they were knowledgeable, neat and very friendly. A humidifier was to be installed at the same time, however, due to an oversight it was not installed and I have sent an email to the salesman (Mike ) also mentioned it to Chris that this needs to be done in the short term. I certainly want Convertible to do the humidifier install as well. Overall they were efficient. I like the fact that they do not try to sell you the extended warranty etc. at the time of the sale. I understand they will contact me about the AC maintenance at a later date. Great company, will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

    New furnace & A/C

    We did our due diligence on the company. Verbal references, insurance, BBB etc. Chris answered all our questions and forwarded the necessary information. Install was quick and painless. Brandon et al were great! On Homestars under the company profile it says that the company takes visa so I never thought to confirm this information. When we went to pay, they do take visa up to a max. of $1000.00, without charging a 2 per cent fee, and the balance will need to be made by cheque, cash. If you wish to pay the total on a visa there will be a 2 per cent charge on the balance over $1M. It would have been helpful knowing this upfront.

We are going to put that valuable suggestion on our website. As you may have heard, Walmart in Thunder Bay (and soon more locations) have stopped accepting Visa completely. This is due to the high charges that are billed on the backs of the vendors like us and Walmart. But Walmart is only charged 1.5% of their invoices, we can be charged up to 5% or more depending on the card we are handed. So, the 2% charge is to simply cover a small portion of those backcharges to us. And Walmart thinks 1.5% is high, they should try 5%! Thanks for your feed back. It is appreciated. Marnie Amodeo

    Air conditioner

    After our air conditioner broke down the salesperson quickly arrived to assess our needs. He was very knowledge and described exactly what would be done. A few days later.. the installer arrived on time and in about 2 hours had the AC working again.... He returned late one evening.. a few days later... to make a minor adjustment. The AC is running again... and is much quieter than our old unit. Excellent service.

    Replaced old A/C

    My 25 years old A/C died this spring. I called and few companies for a quote. Chris from Convertible sales was very responsive, knowledgeable and price competitive. Their installer Dieter showed up on time, did a nice installation job and cleaned after. So far I have a good experience with this company and would recommend it to my friends.

    Installation Of New Air Conditioner

    Very satisfied, great job. The company was recommend to me by my neighbor. I am glad that I took his advice and contact them. One week after giving an estimate, the a/c was working. I was not disappointed. Very professional service. They arrived on time, the job was done quick and clean. Highly recommend. Thank you Sam.

    Very Attentive

    Sam gave me a good deal on an air conditioner and spent the time to discuss the pros and cons of different models. I needed my air conditioner quickly as I had a big party at my place the next two days. He was able to accommodate me for a quick install. His installers Brandon and Josh were very professional and got everything working on time. I would highly recommend this company.

    Goodman 3ton Seer16 Air Conditioner Installation

    Found the company through mail advertisement. Mike stopped by and got the estimation right on next day. The installation was scheduled for 9-10am, the guys showed up at 8:30 and did all work very fast, clean and accurately. Whole install took only 2hrs and we were very satisfied. The estimation that Mike gave was exactly what we paid.

    New air conditioning unit

    Air Conditioner

    Just had an air conditioner installed. Most impressed by the amount of detailed information I was given from Marnie as she took the time to answer all of my questions way before I even decided on a company. Marnie made me feel so comfortable and confident in taking a buying decision.Even after calling back to Chris for further clarifications he drove right away to my house, providing me all technical analysis for the best a/c for my house. Great guys from a great family. Marnien chris were very knowledgeable as well and were extremely confident in their answers to my questions which made me feel comfortable. The installers Henry & co.did great professional Job taking into consideration every detail . He bought a breaker from Home depot but still not confident he drove out again to another store, purchased another good quality breaker and finished his job. The whole project was clean and no problems. Keep up the great work Convertible Family. God Bless . Would surely refer to friends and family.
