    The project

    I had an amazing impression of the services. All my worries and questions were answered all because of your help. The services were on time and everything went very smoothly. It was also at a sufficient price. They left me very satisfied!

    Furnace AC install

    I never think to give a review for anything really but a friend made me realize how important they are to other people who are looking to buy. Anyway, I recently got a furnace and AC installed because mine were old. The process started with. Door to Door rep who was a little too pushy for my liking! A friend told me to check out HomeStars. Glad I did! I picked Convertible Air and Heating and I was blown away by the customer service and honest approach. Michael was fantastic. I've referred them to 5 of my friends and 4 have used them for various reasons with the same result.

    Replacement of Air Conditioning Unit

    Last week we discovered a puddle of water in our furnace room. We called Convertible and they sent Mike to inspect the problem. He determined that none of the drainage hoses were clogged. Given the age of the CAC unit was 16 years old, it was very likely that the condensing pan had rusted and was leaking. We decided to replace the CAC and the condenser . It took less than 3 hours and a single CAC technician Deeter to replace, and verify the new unit. The only suprise was that that the unit was considerably larger, but as Deeter explained more efficient. I would recommend Convertible based on the service, providing information rather than a sales pitch, and lastly that they were very

    New AC and Furnace Installation

    I called for a quote and they were extremely helpful. I explained my situation and what I was looking for and they were immediately able to recommend equipment that fit all my needs. Meeting with Chris for the physical quote was great. He explained everything clearly and there was no pressure to commit. The installation process was quick and easy. It took about half a day, and they cleaned up after themselves. Every one I dealt with from this company was friendly and helpful. The price was also very fair in comparison to other quotes I received. Would definitely recommend them!

    Furnace and Air conditioner

    The installers were great. They were both knowledgeable of the products and the installation. They got right down to business as soon as they arrived and both units were up and running in less than 4 hours. They cleaned up the furnace room and outside well and removed all the old appliances. My only complaint regarding the installation was I found 5 screws, some wire and a few washers in the driveway right where I park my car. Coincidentally I just had a flat 15 days ago because of a large screw in my tire. The sales experience was lacking in communication, call backs and follow up.

    Installation of A/C

    Used Convertible Air for installation of number of new furnaces and central air conditioning units over the years for business clients. Just had A/C installed in one of my own properties and the Convertible Air has been prompt, good service and best of all best value. I never hesitate to recommend them to my clients.

    Replacement of an old AC unit

    The salesman Chris was friendly and explained with great detail what was required for my home. The installers were quick, neat and efficient and completed in less time than anticipated.

    Prompt, reasonable pricing, great installation

    Our AC unit quit on us this week so we started calling around after doing some research online. We were impressed with Sam and his transparency when it came to understand pricing and quality of units. The guys who installed the unit were very professional and kind. We would recommend this company to others.

    AC replacement

    Our AC needed replacing, we called around for quotes and the last was Convertible which we saw an advertisement in a flyer. We researched the company and saw that they got some good reviews. So we called them as well. When we called, it was a very easy transition in booking someone to come to our home within a day or two. Michael provided us with the options that beat suited our needs without any pressure to purchase on the spot. The quote was very competitive and we felt comfortable with purchasing the AC from this company. Within a week our AC was installed and the installation technicians were very professional and completed the job within the time frame they said. I would highly recommend Convertible Heating and AC to everyone! I plan to use this them in the future.

    Air conditioner repair

    So of course as Murphy would have it, my air conditioner decided to break down on Saturday (the hottest weekend we've had this year). Having 10 month old twin girls and 2 seniors at home, I was in a flat spin! What to do? Where to start? Who do I call? So Monday morning early I thought let me call Convertible Heating and Airconditioning first as they installed our new furnace 6 years ago and we had excellent service back then. Well let me tell u something! Their service is still the best!! Not only were they able to send someone the same day, but they came to check and fix the aircon in a matter of hours. Henri, YOU are my hero!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
