    Fast & Trustworthy

    My mother-in-law lives on her own and had her air conditioner leaking all over her floor. I do not live close to her and called Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning and they were great to deal with. Over the phone they seem to understand the problem and had someone in Burlington 3 hours later to fix the issue. My mother in law called me saying Hans was so patient and friendly and fixed the issue quickly. He even took the time to call me back to explain the problem/fix and to let me know it was all settled. Great company to deal with. Thanks P

    new air conditioning and new heating

    Great guys to work with . Were on time. Polite and clean up all cardborad and parts. Explain how to work the air conditioner,and explain about the warranty for the air conditioner and the furnces. I would highly recommend this company and there crew.

    new central air conditioner

    From the first phone call until the end of the installation, these people were friendly and really knew what they were doing. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to a friend. The equipment that was installed was right for my home. Grant Gaskin

    New furnace and A/C

    After getting serveral quotes from other companies we are extremely satisfied we went with Convertible Heating and Air Condtioning. We had new furnace and air conditioner installed. Chris was great at explaining and recommending what was the right purchase for our house. The techs and installers were professional and thorough. Everything was completed in less then a day in a very tidy and timely manner.

    Air Conditioning

    Good Service and reliable on time Tech. was very friendly and quick with good knowledge also very clean job also same time he was very fast at installation he made sure that everything was ok.

    New A/C And Very Happy

    I needed a brand new A/C and decided to call around as many companies as I could asking for quotes. Some companies gave me a quote over the phone and some companies sent me sales representatives. I ended up calling this company and Sam gave me the quote. I was impressed not only by Sam, but also by the quote he had given me over the phone, compared to the other guys, and have decided to ask for free in-home consultation and so Chris came over and explained everything to me. Long store short I was told it would be a quick installation and sure enough the 2 gentlemen, Kemar and Eric came in, installed the unit, cleaned up after themselves, gave me tips and left. The 2 guys were friendly and professional. It was a breath of fresh air. This was all done in the time that was mentioned to me. I definitely would recommend these guys and would definitely use their service again.

    New Furnace and AC install

    I had the replacement of our 28 yr old furnace and AC quoted by 3 companies. Recommended by a colleague at work, Convertible Air delivered. Michael Edwards was prompt, courteous, and professional. Pricing and service were definitely the best. Dave and Craig the installers were there on time, worked efficiently and left the site cleaner than when they found it. Workmanship of install was exemplary. Will wait to see if the products we chose stand up to the 10 year warranty. Right now i have no doubts

    Central Air Conditioning

    We have Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning install our new central air this morning. The techs arrived at the allotted time and were very professional. They completed very quickly and left the work areas clean and removed all their garbage and old unit. The A/C works wonderfully and started cooling the house down immediately.

    Bought a new AC unit.

    This is my 2nd time working with Marnie and the Convertible team. Started the conversation last fall and was impressed the price basically stayed the same when I called back and really needed a new unit. Convertible makes me feel comfortable!

    A/c installation

    Convertible in general is great! From getting quotes to my A/c installation. Their service was fast and their product is more affordable. Keep it up guys. More power to all.
