    New Furnace & Water Heater

    We had purchased a Goodman furnace from Marnie at Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning back in 2007 and was still working fine , but because my rental Water Heater was on it's last legs after 16 years , I decided to inquire about purchasing one from Marnie. It was a pleasure speaking to her again , and I was amazed that she remembered me when I told her my name. She was pleasant , professional , and knowledgeable and after a short conversation I decided to not only ask for a quote on the water heater , but the furnace as well....I opted for another Goodman furnace as well as the 50 gal. water heater I received the quote the next day , and didn't have to think very long before agreeing on both , and booked an installation date. The install was done by a gentleman named Rick and his helper.... they did a wonderful job on both installations , and cleaned up nicely at the end. I would recommend Marnie and Convertible Heating for any heating /air conditioning/water heater purchases & service. Frank Carpino

    Heat Pump Installation

    Chris was very patient to explain and answer any questions I had to reassure me I was selecting a good unit out of the available options as well as pros & cons. Installers arrived promptly and patiently explained how to adjust settings and responsive to any questions or concerns I had on the day of. Working great so far and looking forward to receiving my rebate!

    Very Professional with high standard Installation of Furnace & Heat Pump

    Couple of months back I started my research & shop around for the installation of Heat Pump & Furnace, we found flyer and contacted Convertible, Customer Service was so knowledgeable and the way she explained us in details we made our mind to higher them because Convertible service GTA for long time and its their family business, then on schedule meeting Mr. Christopher, Salesperson gave us the best deal with best equipment, answered every question with satisfied us and we decided to higher Convertible for the job. Convertible has highly professional and experienced technicians, they did great job with nice and clean installation, I would highly recommend Convertible to anyone who is looking for Heating and cooling services and installation in the GTA.

    New furnace

    Was very happy with the techs who removed and installed a new furnace for me today. They were very polite and courteous. They cleaned up all the mess and left my basement cleaned. They explained which air filters I should be using with my new furnace and answered all my questions. Marnie is always a pleasure to chat with, she gave and explained all the furnace options which would be suitable for my house, and got me serviced the following day, which was very appreciated.. I have always been very happy with the products and service I receive from Convertible Heating&Air. Thank you team

    Tankless water heater installation

    We just had a 20 year old water heater replaced with a new Rinnai tankless unit, which takes up much less space and is more energy efficient. We had used Convertible Heating and AC for a furnace and AC replacement many years ago and were very satisfied then, so we went back to them this time. Could not have been easier. A couple of phone calls, and 4 days later - new system installed. The installers were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and took our old tank away (we owned it). I would highly recommend this company!!

    AC installation

    Chris was very helpful on choosing what is the best air conditioner in our home. The installation was smooth.

    Furnace installation

    The removal of the old furnace and the installation of a new one was a smooth and a breeze experience for me. The technician was very professional and friendly. I'm for sure will recommend them. Good job

    New Furnace

    We have to replace our furnace after 16 years of the old one. We research all around and this company is the best one ( got it recommended from friend who bought few products from this company. Here is my great experience after the installation done. - Excellent Products ( 96 performance Carrier furnace) & Super excellent service s, price sand installations. Highly Recommended this company to everyone to try. Thank you.

    Hot water tank and install

    Im in desperate need of a new hot water tank, and Chris has been incredibly helpful. He offered me a very reasonable price to replace my current rental unit. The installation of the new tank was completed the very next day, and Drew, the installer, was exceptionally skilled, patient and helpful. Im thrilled that I found themIve never been happier.

    Install of tankless water system

    The team from Convertible Air and Heating installed a tankless water system in my home on Friday, March 1st. The team was professional, worked quickly and ensured everything was left in good shape after the install was completed. I could not have been more pleased. A shot out as well to Chris for explaining my options when he visited my home, and not using high pressure sales tactics. Always appreciated in this day and age. I would not hesitate to use this Company again (and in fact had them install a new furnace and air conditioner 2 years ago). Highly recommended.
