    New Goodman Furnace

    The Convertible HVAC consultant was most helpful in getting the new furnace installed within two days as the 15 year old furnace quit and was beyond repair. The installers were excellent at completing a fine the job.

    New Furnace

    My 23 year old furnace was still working, but I didn't trust it, so I called Convertible Air. Pete came over and gave me an honest assessment and a quote that was about the same as what I paid the Gas Company for the furnace 23 years ago. The installation was thorough and they resolved a major issue for me that wasn't even part of their job. Very highly recommended. I'll be calling them when my AC goes, and again in 23 years for my next furnace!

    Tankless water heater installed

    I had the Tankless water heater system installed. I was overly impressed and highly satisfied with Marnie, who explained me all the details and guided me in selecting the right model for my need. Service guy Kemar was very efficient. He cleaned up the things after completion. Thank you

    Reliable company

    Arrived on time. Job took less time than they estimated. Work was done satisfactorily, no mess left behind. Would have liked a more detailed explanation of the new thermostat, but I can manage with google. Took a star away for inaccurate information about Canada Loan program and no pre-warning about payment methods. Otherwise this is a reliable company to deal with in my opinion and would have no problem recommending them to others.

    New Furnace Install

    Finally the time came to replace my 27 year old Lennox Elite furnace. It's fantastic how long it lasted but it was no longer reliable. The furnace was down, and I did not want to spend money on a new control board. I had my AC installed by Convertible Air 2.5 years ago, and due to the great experience in the past, I chose to go with them for my furnace. From the sales overview to the installation completion it was a pleasant experience. The team was on time, took their time to ensure it was installed correctly, and kept the place clean. I have no hesitation to recommend Convertible Air. They are very professional and I trust their workmanship.

    Furnace Replacement

    Our old furnace was starting to act up, so we had Chris from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning come look at it. He recommended a new furnace that would be much more efficient... and of course reliable. His team came 4 days later. The installation took exactly the length of time he said it would. They did a wonderful job, and cleaned up before they left. This is the second job they've done for us (they replaced our AC in 2015), and both times it was a pleasure to work with them.

    Heat Pump Installation

    I have been their customer for last 20 years. Great and professional installation by Courteous team. I had Heat pump installed by Convertible air and the installation team was quite professional. Installation was done as planned and was upto my expectation. Keep up the good work.

    Furnace replacement

    My mother-in-law's broke down at the coldest time of the season. My husband contacted Marnie Amodeo on January 4th and they dispatched a repairman out within the hour. They troubleshooted and determined that given the age of the furnace (25 years old) that a new furnace was best option. We had a quote that same day, and the furnace and chimney liner were installed on Monday, January 6th. They arrived on time and my in-law's were extremely happy with the service and turnaround. A full clean up of the site and the furnace was working by mid afternoon. Great service! We highly recommend.

    Tankless water heater installation

    Pete (Sales) visited us timely, inspected existing system installation serving hot water and the basement heating system (we very rarely use it), made multiple calls to find the right product for us, and quoted us a very competitive price. Kemar (install technician) was very punctual, knowledgeable, and efficient in his work. He completed the work timely, took time to answer our questions, and left the workplace clean. Thank you Pete, Kemar and the Convertible Heating and AC team for the amazing work!
