    Furnace sale and installation

    Was originally dealing with another furnace repair company but decided to go with Marnie at Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning. They were excellent to deal with. Great price and payment options on a 100,000 btu Carrier and Goodman. Next day install went as promised by a courteous service tech who covered the floors and took the old equipment/packaging away. Highly recommended!

    Installation of Heat Pump

    Had Convertible replace our old AC with a new Heat Pump. Overall, a very satisfactory experience. Convertible has been our choice ever since they installed our furnace and water heater. Christopher dropped by for an inspection of the premises and completing the paper work and Ali did a phenomenal job with the installation. Thank you Convertible.

    Heat Pump Installation

    Professional, punctual, courteous and answered all questions regarding the installation and operation of the product. Very clean in removal disposal of previous equipment. Definitely would recommend, extremely satisfied with the service provided. You will not be disappointed.

    Water Tank Installation - Great Service!

    It was great working with Adam who did the installation! Communication was great via phone and text and he took time to explain exactly what was happening every step of the way. He showed up promptly on the time we agreed on for the installation and maintained a clean working area. This company takes pride in delivering good service and maintaining a good relationship with the customer.

    Hot water tank installation

    Quick and efficient installation. Came the very next day. They quoted slightly higher than some other companies, however, I felt this company was very knowledgeable and I trusted them to complete the job correctly. They also swapped our venting which was no longer to code for the correct venting, which I appreciated as my other quotes did not include this. I Would recommend to any homeowner.

    Great Response time, Great Service

    Company was great to work with. Old Furnace died in the early morning during a period of minus 17 degrees. They came within hours of calling and fixed the Furnace and I made my intention known of wanting to replace it soon and Adam gave me all the information I needed and ended up buying a new unit which was installed a day later. Fast service for when things go wrong.

    Outstanding Service!

    Fernance Installation was fantastic! They were professional, friendly, and did an amazing job setting everything up. The team knew their stuff and made the whole process easy. everything works perfectly and the service is great! Highly recommend them for top-notch service!

    Install Water Heater
    I really loved dealing with CHAC! Professional from beginning to end. From Marnie to the install guys everyone was so professional and nice it was super refreshing (some contractors not so easy to deal with). Marnie even recommended a more powerful unit and glad I listened to her as the water is super hot. No upselling, just we have a big house so it was smart for her to suggest as the other unit I was originally looking for was just recommended by another supplier. Nice that she cared. I even asked for a CHAC T-shirt and got an awesome hoodie and hat to boot. Loved that customer appreciation. Anyway, would definitely recommend as great price and amazing service. The water heater is quite and works perfectly. I will be calling them for sure to have more work done in the future. What more do you want from a service provider? AJ PS Ask for Marnie :)
