    air conditioner

    We purchase a new a/c to replace a loud, inefficient old one. They provided good advice as we tried to decide which unit would meet our needs. The installation was complete within a week. The installer was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.

    Air conditioner Instullation

    I ordered for a product that was too big to go through my door and they were prepared and change it right away without further delay.As any other day would have been very inconveniencing.

    Easy

    We called this company on Saturday and our new ac was installed within 1 week! They did a great job installing the unit and worked efficiently and quietly. We are very delighted and look forward to the next heatwave!

    Furnace and Central Air replacement

    Heat and A/C were builder units 16 years old. On their way out for a while and the neighbours had replaced theirs on both sides a couple of years ago. Had a couple of simple fixes in the past but when it got warm this year the A/C gave it up again and it was time. Researched, learned some new HVAC stuff and started calling for quotes. Some places booked and never showed up. Convertible was reliable. When they learned we had no A/C at all they had someone out for a quote in a day instead of a week. We met with Mike and he was very responsive. He responds promptly to calls, text and e-mail and that really helps. He told me info that matched my research and I felt good about doing business with him. The installers were polite and efficient and showed up on time. The job looks very neat and the new unit is definitely an upgrade from the last one. Much better humidity control so we are currently keeping the house about 3 degrees warmer than before but still more comfortable. The far bedroom now cools properly where before it did not. Mike is still on top of things and helping with the product registration and government rebates so we are not done with things yet but so far are very happy with our choice. My assessment of convertible is they are an excellent value choice. They are not pushing the most expensive components because they realize most people are looking for the best value for their dollar and that's not really where it's at. They are trying to help people find the sweet spot where they get the best service at the best price. I will recommend them to friends.

    Furnace and AC Installation

    After having a few other quotes, a representative of Convertible came to my home. They were very professional, friendly and gave me lots of confidence in them to get the job. On installation day, the technicians arrived right on time. They were hard working, very approachable and a true pleasure to deal with. The price for the work was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes and the systems installed are working great! Thank you to Marnie and company for everything!!

    A/C purchase and install with humidifier

    Actually placed several calls for quotes when looking to purchase an a/c and was surprised by how many companies did not return my phone calls. This was not the case for Convertable as Mike the salesperson was prompt to connect and provide a quote and the installer was flexible with our requests. Would definitely recommend.

    ACU

    Marnie was very knowledgeable and excellent to work with in selecting the right ACU for our needs! The installers were very helpful in answering all my questions regarding the installation. Also did a very good job in cleaning up before they left. I would recommend this company.

    New Furnace and Air Conditioning

    Everything about Convertible is highly professional. From the initial consultation with Marnie to the installation with the two Adams, we knew we were in good hands. They showed up on time, did an excellent job and left the site as clean as they found it. The installation was first class and their people are courteous and helpful. We would highly recommend Convertible.

    A/C Install

    I dealt with Mike for the installation where he arrived at my house giving a detailed explanation of the work required and then provided me a quote after speaking to his installers. He was very transparent which I really appreciated. On the day of the installation the crew arrived and were very professional. They completed the install within 2 hours and made sure the AC was running effectively before they left. I would highly recommend their services as their prices are reasonable and the installation was completed professionally.

    Air Conditioner

    Had an air conditioner installed. Most impressed by the amount of detailed information we were given from Marnie as she took the time to answer all of our questions way before we were even decided on a company. The installers were very knowledgeable as well and were extremely confident in their answers to our questions which made us feel comfortable with the installation. Job was clean and no problems.
