    Convertible Heating & Air Conditining Inc.

    It's the second A/C that we purchase from them. Sandy was great on the phone, knew what A/C I needed and was very professionnel! Dieter was the guy who installed it and he knew what he was doing, very polite and when he left the place, he made sure I was satisfied with his job and the product!

    Installation of AC Unit, Air Cleaner and Humidifier

    I had an air conditioning unit, air cleaner and humidifier installed today (June 4th). The technicians were professional and informative. The job was neatly done. I will recommend this company to my friends and family.

    Heating and A/C

    Amazing service from start to finish. Sales Rep, Michael is amazing!Great customer service. He answered my questions in a knowledgeable, concise manner without going in circles. The Installers, Adam and Adam are great! They arrived on time and are both very courteous, hard working and spotlessly clean. I have had a great experience dealing with this Company and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it to others. You will be pleasantly surprised!

    Installation of new air conditioner and furnace

    Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. was referred to us by friends and they definitely lived up to their reputation of excellent and professional service. In addition, their quote was far less than that given by Enercare. The installation crew were polite, friendly and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company!

    Central air conditioner

    Very good price, sales person and installers very easy to deal with. Installers phoned ahead and came when promised. Installation and removal of old unit went very smoothly. Everything left clean.

    New Tankless Water Heater

    We just had our old tank water heater replaced last week with a new thankless one. 2 people from the Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc were here from 9 am until 3 pm. It was not a small job. Considering its location in the basement, all obstacles on the way where vent pipes should go to in the old house. I'm sure natural gas and small utility room factored in as well. 3 other companies gave us approximates but never came back because the installation was too difficult. Mike, on another hand, not only checked out the basement himself, made pictures and sent them to the installers. He also organized installers to come to our house 3 days later to see the place before the installation and verify the pricing. The installation was scheduled in the time frame we wanted. Kamil & James did a very good job. Even holes for the vent pipes were neat and filled with something, so bugs can't get into the house. All local codes were followed. At the end of the installation, they did an outstanding job explaining everything that needed explaining: how this unit works, what maintenance we should do ourselves and so on. All our questions were answered. They left the house clean. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the way in which Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning Inc does business. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

    Furnace & Water Tank

    Convertible came highly recommended to us for quality craftmanship and a fair price, I can honestly say that was my experience with this company. Job was done but they wouldnt take the cardboard and stipped the screws on the furnace, not thrilled

Regarding the screws, I do remember speaking to David our technician shortly after this happened and he said they were damaged from the factory and he couldn't open the furnace door without putting a little pressure on it to open.     air conditioning install

    I was very happy with my unit, and how well mannered the installers were. Respectable and professional as they cleaned up after the job was done. The installers were in and out before i knew it. Good job convertible, and thank you.

    Ac install Mississauga

    New High Efficiency Central Air Conditioning

    Spoke with Sam (owner) to arrange installation. Sam explained the differences in SEER and how opting for higher SEER does not always equate with significant cost savings on hydro. In the end, we settled on a 14.5 SEER unit from American Standard which is more than adequate for the square footage of my home. I should mention as well Sam could have encouraged me to purchase the more expensive higher SEER unit but chose to do what is right and most cost effective for my family. The installer Adam was also very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained what was going to be done to the outside unit and in the basement. I also appreciated that they measured and leveled more than once, the base for the unit before installing. Adam also went the extra mile when he saw the fuse box amps was less efficient , so he decided he was going to switch it over from 40 amps to a max of 25 amps compatible with the newer more energy efficient CACs. When he couldn't find the appropriate fuse at hardware store, instead he ran the wire to a different box carrying lower amps. Overall the entire process from dealing with the owner to the installer was enjoyable and we were able to have central cooling in a matters of few days after calling for an appointment. Great business run the right way.
