    Central Air

    Called for a quote and spoke to Sam. He was very friendly, informative and answered all my questions. He gave me a quote which was very reasonable. When I called back to book he told me he would send his best crew and indeed he did. The guys were great and did an amazing job. I was billed as quoted, the guys showed up on the day and time I was told they would. The unit is working great. My home is cool! I would 100% refer family and friends. Thanks Sam!

    Replacement American Standard AC

    From the beginning, Marnie was very professional and walked us through what would and might happen during the installation. She helped us make an informed decision through the quotation process. Despite requiring 2 calls to reach Marnie, she was able to deliver on her promises - we understand that this is peak season for you and your team. On the installation day, our service rep, Adam, called us early to inform us that the company vehicle had trouble and they were going to rent a truck. That was fine with us as he did everything in his power to rectify the problem - Adam and his staff stayed late during the day to ensure that everything was setup properly and all garbage was properly disposed. During the installation of the coil, Adam promptly informed us that there was a leak in our heat exchange, on inspection we found a 2-3 inch gash on one of the tubes. Adam explained to us what happened and again, we were fine as we did not have to use our furnace. Adam was professional and courteous during the installation and took his time to explain the steps we didn't understand. Convertible, make sure you keep Adam on your team! Our AC has been running fine and the thermostat has dropped by down to 72 degrees.

    New Furnace & AC

    I had 2 other companies give me a quote for Furnace and AC before I called Chris. Both of these salesmen were eager to sell me very expensive high end models (and also a larger AC than what we needed) and wanted to dazzle me with graphs and brochures. We called Chris because we were pleased with the work they had done a few years ago when we purchased a tankless hot water heater. Chris listened to our needs, assessed the requirements of the house, and gave us a straightforward recommendation and quote with no pressure to purchase. On the day of the job, the 2 gentlemen were very professional and did a very good job removing the old units and installing the new. They showed me what they did on the exterior of the house, and made sure I was comfortable setting up the new wifi controlled system. It has been a few weeks, and I'm happy to say both the furnace and AC work great and our home is very comfortable! Also, instead of trying to sell us $3K air exchanger like the other 2 companies, Chris sent a repairman to diagnose the problem with the old one (which turns out it needs a new motor). I have already recommended Convertible to my neighbours. I felt like we were dealing with friends trying to help us with a problem rather than someone looking to take advantage of us.

    Air Conditioner

    Used them in past to replace my furnace and to service my products. Never had a reason to go anywhere else. Air conditioner broke Tuesday. New one installed and working great Thursday morning. Spoke with Sam who sold me on a less expensive product that was the same quality. Had the same experience 5 years ago with my furnace when I shopped around. Installation was quick and clean. No reason to deal with anyone else.

    Upgrade to high efficiency furnace and AC

    After researching several companies and my due diligence I had 3 quotes prior to the work being done. We went with convertible. They were very informative of the different products and work needing to be done.etc. They were very professional scheduled an all-day event put blankets down inside...however they did leave a bit of a mess in our furnace room and brick debris outside. They did not follow up with us after the service and the patio stone was not replaced so therefore the larger unit is now sitting partially on the lawn. Overall the work was done well and we are quite content with what was replaced.

Furthermore, Toby and Drew are planning to come next week to replace the patio stone, the work order was done when we spoke Marlene. Additionally, your husband did tell Toby, that he wanted to keep the existing patio stone there. We do aim to please that's why we discussed it first, unfortunately you weren't home during the installation to give your opinion at the time. I feel terrible that you didn't call me first before going to homestars. You know I've been extremely responsive throughout this entire process, and I did tell you I would be happy to replace the patio stone.     Amana 2 ton 13 seer air conditioner, new insall

    Fast, efficient and most importantly for me on time with a quote and the job itself. Dieter was very friendly, on time and left it clean afterwards. Thanks Chris and Dieter.

    Furnace & air conditioner

    I was happy with my contact with representatives who recommended units I purchased at satisfactory price and payment terms. I was happy with Installation which was efficient and good. Air conditioner is performing good.

    Air Conditioning install//Gas line up to code

    We were very happy with the professional service we received from Convertible. The quote we received was very accurate and there was not a lot of hassling "upselling". The technician were very helpful in explaining how the system works and making sure that we were happy before they left. I would definitely recommend Convertible to a friend.

    Furnace and Air

    Excellent service. Knowledgeable and friendly crew. No sales pressure. Great experience from start to finish. Installation was on time. Clean up was terrific. Hassle free day. Would definitely recommend this company.

    Amana 3 ton two stage central air conditioning and humidifier (TBI).

    Great experience,I called to replace 16 year old A/C ,Sam answered phone.very knowledgeable as I told him I have congestive heart failure and very sensitive to heat and humidity.After telling me few options we discussed .Christopher came at my home and he suggested Amana To replace my current 2.5 ton A/C with 3 Ton two stage 16 seer unit.we also discussed my humidifier issues which he suggested to replace with Model1042 from General. They installed it last Monday.Humidifier ( To Be Installed =TBI).Technician were quiet,came installed and took old unit away. As warm weather is coming this week will get a good test of our new unit.If anyone looking for reliable company we highly recommend using Convertible heating and air conditioning..
