    Installed new air condition

    I try to find the honest and reliable company for my A/C to replace with new one. I find these people very punctual and have very good deal which made worried free for 10 years. The technician Adam and his assistant were very professional and they didn’t make our house massy. Very good job and clean. We are satisfy from their work and will recommend to friends

    Tankless Water Heater Purchase & Install

    Very quick turnaround from time of quote. Chris also gave a few options for the financing. When we called him back to go ahead with the project, installation was scheduled immediately and it went without a hitch. We like our new tankless system so far. The delay for getting the hot water at the tap is barely noticeable when compared to a tank system.

    Excellent quality and service

    After getting 3 quotes I was most impressed with Convertible Air, Marnie was the only one who caught that we had an issue with the AC coil in our furnace. In addition the other two could not match Convertible's price. We replaced our rental water tank with a Canadian made John Wood energy star model, huge difference in how much hot water we now have. Our builder's 2.5 ton AC unit was replaced with the Amana Distinctions 16 seer model, just be forewarned this unit is easily double the size of the old one but we are looking forward to the hydro savings. Toby and Drew did the install, very impressed with how efficient they were, tarps put down everywhere and everything perfectly cleaned up afterwards. They arrived right on time and finished in 4 hours. I already have some friends and neighbours booking with Convertible as well, always great to be able to recommend a reputable efficient company that installs a quality product and has been around for 49 years!! Hope your experience will be as good as ours has been, now we are looking forward to hot showers and staying cool all summer!

    A/C purchase/installed

    I called convertible after my neighbour had used them and spoke highly of them. I spoke with the owner Sam who was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what unit would be best for me. They arrange everything including the hydro permit and the process was very easy. He was able to give me a very competitive price for the unit and sent me the quote by email to confirm before i committed. The following week the two installers attended at exactly the time they were suppose to. They installed the unit very nicely and answered any questions I had about the install. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend to anybody. A fair price and honest professional company.

    Awesome Air Conditioner!

    The sales representative, Chris, was very accessible, courteous and professional. The quote was nearly half that of a larger company, and included new copper lines with the a/c unit. The installation crew showed up on time and worked quietly enough so as not to wake our sleeping baby! The unit itself has performed above our expectations. We would definitely recommend Convertible Air.

    Central Air Conditioner

    Story is simple. Emailed Sandy for a quote and he quickly replied. The price was good so we booked and after a phone convo with a few more details, we had an appointment the following weekend. Great communication with the technician with arrival time which is a plus since we've been dealing with a number of poor management with other vendors. Installation was painless and technicians courteous. A+ service and experience.

    Heating and Air Conditioning

    The service was great. From the initial consultation to the end product, we found the service very informative and helpful. The entire process of having our AC installed was easy and smooth.

    New Air Conditioner

    Michael was great, answered all my questions regarding choosing the correct AC for our home. We able to schedule the installation based on our availability. Adam & Adam did a great job with installation, very professional. Waiting to see how the new AC would preform.

    Central airconditioner installation

    Chris who signed us up for our central air condition was very professional. He explained to us the differences between brands, energy efficiency and number of tons for the size of our house. The installer came on time as promised and did a good job.

    Air Conditioner Purchase and Install

    If you are looking for professional people who will give you what you need for a great price then Convertible heating & air is the way to go. They don't waste time trying to sell you what you don't need, they show up on time for their appointments and the installers Adam & Adam were courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and left no mess behind. I have no complaints about this company and wait to see that the product they installed which has a 10 years parts and 5 years labour is just as good as they were.
